Excellent breakfast. Close to everything. Reported A/C issue, Jose fixed in 5 minutes. Highly recommend

The overall does not bode well for this place. The staff are good and attentive. Breakfast was good, that's about it. The rooms ( at least our room ) are in very bad shape and outdated. Carpet, furniture, bathroom, paint and overall condition was very, very bad. Certainly not worth the price. The $13.00 parking charge is totally unwarranted. I honestly answered the text I received from the front desk on day two asking me how things were. I sent them the same pictures. They responded that they would pass my concerns to management. Never heard a thing from anyone. They know it’s an overpriced experience.

GREAT LOCATION. CLEAN ROOMS. VERY NICE EMPLOYEES. Rooms are a little dated. NLITS of wild kids in the pools so if you're looking for a peaceful environment this might not be your place...

First room we were assigned was very musty smelling. We were given a second room that had a musty odor also. Second room was cold but maintenance came and adjusted the temp control after we notified them after the first night there Remote to tv very difficult to use Very large room with bed room and sitting area. Large buffet breakfast with lots of choices Afternoon snacks /drinks provided a nice touch after arriving there Staff were all very friendly and receptive to our needs. A plus staff

Looks nice, nice amenities, but A/C in our room wasn’t working right, the pillows are horrible not fluffy and very thin, the showers had very poor water pressure, the pull out bed is extremely uncomfortable but thats to be expected. A big positive is that theres quality push bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower though that was nice. Overall more negative than positives
