Everyone from Landon (sp? Sorry! Writing this after the fact and bad w names) at the valet to Rachel at the front desk (I didn’t get tall skinny glasses man’s name sorry!) and the host and servers in the restaurant were all exceedingly pleasant and helpful and spirited. The room was clean and very well designed. My one note was that the bathroom exhaust fan and the in room HVAC unit were very noisy and could prob use a service/parts cleaning. Literally my only flag. The food was exceptional and the cocktail I had (see you next Tuesday) was delicious and well balanced.

Location was great and walkable to shopping and restaurants! We loved the rooms! We got connected rooms four our family of 4 and it worked great! Wonderful bed linens and towels!! We also loved the cute coffee shop in the lobby.

Great hotel. The restaurant was amazing. Rooms are very nice. The only thing I didn’t like was it’s not set up well for working. Got the delux king room. It was supposed to have a desk but it really didn’t. Also. No coffee maker in the room that was irritating.

Transport yourself to a small boutique hotel in London from Portland Oregon by staying at this hotel. The staff is wonderful and the coffee bar in the lobby offers a living room view with windows that reflect Portland’s architectural bones from generations ago. . I have stayed here a few times and each room is different. Plump white linens with crisp cotton layers greet you from the carefully made up bed. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
