Great hotel, friendly staff!!

Tonialh on Jan 30, 2023

The hotel is in a convenient location with access to great amenities but it’s the staff that make it a five star experience. They were all friendly and seemed to take great pride in the establishment. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Warm and Inviting

We had an excellent experience all around. From the valet to the gal at the front desk to the nice people making coffee in the morning. We didn’t feel rushed, the room was fantastic, clean, warm and inviting. We will return, thanks for having us.

Haley was incredible as a front desk support! I was here celebrating my anniversary and they made our stay so special. We were given an upgrade and it made our night spectacular. Such a beautiful room and Haley brought us some chocolates and wine to help us celebrate. We live in Vancouver but definitely would love to stay here again.

Anniversary stay ??

Melissa21W on Dec 07, 2022

We enjoyed a great 36th anniversary in Portland at the Woodlark thanks to Will at the front desk who spoiled us with a complementary room upgrade and champagne. Highly recommend Room 314 which is a loft apartment on the corner. It was quiet with tons of natural light. We enjoyed hanging out drinking coffee downstairs at the coffee bar and also dining next door at Bullard. Walked all over downtown and binged on books, donuts and coffee. Valet parking is the way to go. We felt truly cared for at the Woodlark and will be back.
