Great but a bit noisy (street side)

The hotel is super cute, bed is comfy and so are the pillows. The bathroom is great and the toiletries amazing. It loses a star because it can use some caring touches such as pain touch up, etc but lost importantly, because there is a lot of street noise at night. Around midnight or one 1am so crazy metal noise, then at 4am garbage and then at 7 street clean up. I was at room 318 and all of that kept waking me up. No wonder the room has ear plugs on the night table.

Great hotel. Great location. Very nice rooms and staff were exceptionally friendly. Would stay here again.

Nicely restored and appointed hotel. Modern, clean and fairly quiet rooms. The attached restaurant and coffee shop are a big plus. Also nice central location in downtown Portland.
