Everything was well appointed, good location and excellent customer service. A big shout out to Ely.. who went way above and beyond to make our stay more pleasurable. Her helpfulness, and positive attitude really mattered when we had an unfortunate incident.

No coffee in room Dark despite high ceilings b/c of tiny window (room 322) Non-user-friendly automatic curtains (zero directions) No welcome martini as advertised Disappointing meal at tavern downstairs Slow valet No bedding for pull out couch though housekeeping quickly delivered Good location & decor

New, conveniently located and chic hotel in downtown Portland. Beautiful decor, excellent sleep and beautiful bathroom. Clean, excellent housekeeping. We were actively offered bikes from the concierge to explore the city the next day. When we requested the bikes the following day, it turned out they had flat tires. We were told to wait a couple of hours to get them fixed, when we came back two hours later to pick them up we were told that they couldn’t be fixed (we assumed this would happen … salami tactics ??). It would have been better if they checked the bikes straight away the night before when they offered the bikes to us. If the bike thing would have worked out, it would have been a 100% pleasant stay.

Asad, Nate, Ryan (manager), Odie, Bryon-Marie, Leo, Will, Katherine, and Josh are outstanding humans who were all solutions-focused, extremely welcoming/accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure that our staff retreat was impeccable. Thank you for such care and service. You all are the absolute best!!

The Woodlark = The House of Welcome! Everyone is friendly. My room was just perfect for my dog and me! Nice shower and amenities! Great location! I chose to park my own car in a garage 2 blocks away to save a little $$$. Great coffee in the lobby from 5-7. Their coffee bar is a popular meeting spot too! Hope to return soon!
