Shouts out to Greg my guy fast and efficient!

I would give the Woodlark Hotel a 10/10. I stayed here for my 55th birthday trip to Portland and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is a beautiful, very clean boutique property, and the location was absolutely perfect. I was able to walk to restaurants, shopping, Powell’s Books, a full grocery store, and so much more. It was an excellent home base for exploring Portland without needing a car. The amenities were also great. There is a restaurant on site as well as a coffee and pastry shop, a lobby market for snacks and drinks, a well-equipped gym, and complimentary bikes for guests. The bike ended up being one of the highlights of my trip—I rode more than five miles and discovered Portland’s beautiful waterfront. I also appreciated the service throughout my stay. The staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful, including the team members who were consistently outside assisting guests at the entrance. Before leaving, I reviewed my folio and noticed that one of my $15 food-and-beverage credits had not been applied to my breakfast. The gentleman at the front desk immediately corrected it and also let me know that I still had another $15 credit available to use at the lobby market before I left. I really appreciated his help. My only suggestion would be to make the daily $15 food-and-beverage credit more prominent and explain its value in a little more detail at check-in. It was explained to me when I arrived, so I was aware of it, but I don’t think I fully appreciated that I should make a point of using it each day. Since there is a $30 daily destination fee, using the $15 credit provides meaningful value. I wish I had taken full advantage of it throughout my stay. Overall, I absolutely loved the Woodlark. Between the perfect location, cleanliness, amenities, beautiful boutique atmosphere and excellent service, it exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Portland. 10/10!

Very welcoming staff, everything was warm and modern and inviting. Beds and pillows were comfy and really enjoyed the tall ceilings making the room feel very large . Hotel bar was perfect for drinks after dinner.

Great stay! Clean and nicely designed property. Loved the Lemon Zazu Latte in the lobby cafe - we had at least one everyday. Speaker with streaming of the hotel radio in the room was great for background music while lounging on the sofa or getting ready. Blackout shades have a remote control operation that was really nice to have. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. We will be back.

Great hotel with a kind staff and nice amenities. Had a great experience with Greg the valet. He was extremely helpful and polite.
