Larson was so kind and professional! And super fast too! We enjoyed chatting with him while we were waiting for our car. His friendly conversation made the time fly by. I hope he’s still on the clock when we get back to the hotel. He sets the gold standard for service.

AJ and Gradi were so helpful unloading the car and getting settled. The room was amazing and the cocktail on entrance delicious. I would recommend staying here every chance you get. Best hotel in Portland. The coffee shop had the best Americanos too and they were so friendly.
