People were awesome. Everyone was incredible welcoming. A lot food choices. Drinks, always something to do. The spa was very good. The VIP option is the best. Roo. Services excellent. A place to go with or without children. Highly recommended.

One of the most amazing and easy going experiences you could have here and with the amazing staff, they go outta their way to make sure your comfortable, taken care of, fed and having a good time. Staff Member Bombon accommodates the games and events for everyone at the pool side with a big heart and smile! Amazing people here.

I would happily give this hotel 0 stars. The rooms are outdated, smelly, and loud. Water dripped all night in the ancient toilet, the AC had two levels - off and loud, the pillows were hard, the bed sunk in the middle, and the food was nasty. The pool was awesome, so to complete the experience, they closed it at 7pm. Do not stay here.

Was a nice place, grandkids loved it especially the pool. Was a little big and noisy for me but nice staff. Lots of food to choose from. The weather was great and we had a lot of fun exploring. Rooms were fine and clean. Could have used some extra towels.

I was here for 2 weeks with my family in friends, excellent service in the room , great staff from animation the guys are amazing (Felix ) excellent person, in the bar good service too the guy (maneury Castillo) 100 for 100 service, I hope , come back soon thank you for everything, staff marien
