This is now my third time coming back to this hotel . I come back because of the people , the food and the cleanless of the hotel . Food is always good will never fail always so many options different night have different themes . Front desk workers are always so pleasent and always smiling and greeting when you walk in always there to help when you need it. The rooms are big and spacious very clean and I am so happy to always get Altagracia and Leonarda they are always working so hard to make sure the rooms are spotless but not only that always asking if we need anything . Their smiles brighten my day every morning if they are going to be here always I’m always going to be coming back !! If anyone is deciding where to go I suggest it’s this hotel it’s worth it and I promise they won’t dossapont you . Will definitely keep coming back !!

Very nice place , the staff is very friendly and amazing Good games and entertainment at the pool, the shows in the evening are nice, after we can go at the disco in the lobby that's open until 1, and if u still have energy there is the casino and luxury club just in front of the hotel Roberto and Perla amazing hosts at he pool , good entertainment

Hello Kitty and Bombo are the best entertainers on the site. The food is good, the pool is beautiful and the resort is generally clean. You can walk on the beach very far to the right and it’s a pleasant walk. Good vibes in general, for the price i recommend this resort.

We just returned from a week at this resort. We paid $1046 for two and did not have big expectations based on that price, just a relaxinng week of warm weather and swimming in the ocean! Positives: The grounds are nicely laid out around a spectacular pool area. Our room was spacious and kept very clean by the lovely housekeeping staff. There’s a gorgeous view of the mountain. The dining areas were pretty and wait staff friendly and attentive. Negatives: The food was so-so, the three “a la carte” restaurants were not open at the same time, and often full so we mostly ate at the buffet which did not have much variety. There were issues with all of the public toilets, overflowing, dirty, ceiling leaking in one. However the lobby bathroom was clean and functional, even with a candle lit for odors. I saw staff in the malfunctioning bathrooms not seeming to care about overflowing toilets and certainly not cleaning. But the biggest negative was the filthy beach, which I never saw being cleaned or groomed by staff. The surrounding beach areas are literally swimming in plastic/glass/castoff clothing trash which is washing in from the ocean or into the sea from small tributaries. Shocking and made it feel unsafe to swim in ocean at all. If the beach were groomed (neighboring resort’s beach was), and perhaps a reservation system for the restaurants was put in place I’d give it another star but as is, I would not recommend, even at this price. And clearly there needs to be an island-wide focus on trash disposal.

Good room but a bit older than they show online and nice mountain view. Food was good but the customer service was a 10. Staff were welcoming and always wanted to chat. We found our room very clean and housekeeping did a great job. We made a lot of friends at the bar and had so much fun in our 4 days stay.
