Blacky boy is the greatest entertainment team member I have ever had. He is at every event and is very helpful with ANY information you need. Highly recommend you visit this resort for this entertainment team and Blackboy, they do a great job.

Black Boy, a member of the entertainment crew here at the Senator resort has made our trip so much fun! I would definitely recommend coming here! 10/10

Great Value! Great Resort!

Terrific 11 day vacation. Staff spoke English perfectly, were helpful, friendly & ready to help us with questions. Pool &beach cleaned daily. Grounds were spotless. ALL places where food was provided were A/c (buffet, sports bar, ice cream parlor (free), coffee shop (free) pizza to go shop (free), a la cartes a/c & easy to book. Pool towels were plentiful. Fun to see cruise ships in/out of their dock. Lots of places to walk on path or beach. Beach was red flag so we did not swim there, just sunbathed. Rooms were a little dated..(not important!) We have already booked for Oct..

Blacky and Skinny were amazing entertainers. My kids all loved them. They danced, played, and got silly. They were lots of fun! Rooms were clean and stocked daily. Bar staff were all great. Domingo in the sports bar was top tier.

Misleading promotions, high-pressure sales tactics, and consistently discrimination made this the most stressful resort.

During our honeymoon stay, we experienced what felt like selective service, unwelcoming interactions, and a lack of basic respect from staff. Overheard comments in shared spaces added to our discomfort throughout the visit. What was advertised as a ‘VIP breakfast’ turned out to be a high-pressure sales presentation, during which a staff member asked invasive personal questions and aggressively pushed membership in a club. This tactic felt misleading and inappropriate, especially for guests celebrating a special occasion. While a few individual staff members were pleasant, the overall experience was the most stressful resort stay we have encountered. We found ourselves wanting to leave early rather than enjoy what should have been a memorable trip. We caution future guests to be aware of deceptive upselling practices and to set firm boundaries upon arrival.
