Irene, Candy, Nutella are the best staff. So engaging, friendly and they all give great hugs. Always smiling and ready to help out every time. I love them.

We had another wonderful stay at Viva Tangerine. While the entire resort is full of hardworking people, a few individuals truly made our trip unforgettable. ?I want to give a big thank you to the incredible team at the Mexican restaurant, including Orlando, Oscaly, Anibal, Lilian, Agustin, and Chef Jeferson, for making our dining experiences extra special. I also want to give a big shoutout to Lorenzo and Orbis for their fantastic service. You all go above and beyond, and you are truly the soul of this place. ? ?We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to the General Manager, Antonio, and give a special thanks to Kerin and the rest of the resort's leadership team for all of their care and accommodations. Your high standards and support definitely do not go unnoticed. ?Thank you all for everything you do to make Cabarete feel like home.

I was on a trip with daughter and aunt, had a fabulous time. The team had many activities thru the day the team really made us feel welcomed. Thank you Tasmania for being my dance partner!

Do not go in Dominican Republic and to Viva Tangerine .Had to spend more than 2 hours in airport after completing the e— ticket online . Th e software used is faulty ( everybody knows ) , still sending old , young to their computer terminals to correct your country of birth that was completed as per passport but software messed it. Nobody was able to finish updating as being a joke and finally after raising voice the custom guys came and corrected on their phones ( they could have done initially ) , but is in their culture to frustrate you . After having a very outdated room with falls walls but painted over with noisy air conditioning the very next day we COULD NOT enter our room because the lock was broken . After 10 times back and forth with reception , some guy came , and called another guy who tried changing the batteries but didn’t work as everything is old and no maintenance . So if you want a vacation where you are frustrated at every step and spend accommodating their lack of respect … go , otherwise please pick up another place . Cheers

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I wish someone had given me a heads-up before booking. The beach is beautiful to look at, but the strong winds made it difficult to enjoy as a traditional beach vacation. The room temperature was also a constant issue, and despite repeated requests, the front desk never resolved it. The most stressful part of our stay was airport transportation. We confirmed our transfer, waited where instructed, and still ended up arranging our own taxi after receiving little assistance from the front desk. The employees working in the restaurants, bars, and entertainment areas were wonderful and deserve credit for their efforts. Unfortunately, guest service at the front desk did not match the quality of the rest of the staff. If you’re a kite surfer, this may be a great fit. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway with reliable customer service, you may want to consider other options.
