This was hands-down the worst resort I’ve ever been to out of dozens and dozens of resorts. No hot water the entire week we are there. The power kept going off. The food was absolutely disgusting. The staff is not very helpful. Everything seems to be closed the elevators are broken so if you have any kind of disability, you cannot get up to the third floor where all of the shows are at and half the time if you wanna play any of the pool or ping-pong or anything like that on the resort you gotta leave deposits to play anything so so far for all inclusive this was not a Great time

Very clean, friendly staff, weather was great! Great if you’re looking for a smaller resort, beachfront , we felt very safe ! Buffet was not bad, the alla cart restaurants had very good food … all in all it was a definite 8/10. There are no streaming services on the TV and the only English Channel was CNN, a lot of activities throughout the day into the early evening. I definitely would come back and recommend to others ! We had a lovely vacation. Loved the food, the room and what made it the best was our friendly and kind housekeeper Julia! She is the best! The mangos and avocados were tasty and abundant. (Written on behalf of my father and mother-in-law)

The food in the buffet was awful - boiled chicken, rice and beans, lots of sauces. My husband ended up with a gastric bug. Our room was never cleaned properly - the beds were made, but towels were never replaced, and floor wasn't swept or mopped. The staff made absolutely no effort to communicate in English or French. We checked out early after 3 days, with no refund or credit, and booked into a different resort in Sosua. The beach was fantastic, and the grounds are spectacular - the only good parts of the resort.

Wonderful time! Customer Service very good, buffet iffy... Standout workers included CHRISTIAN, ROBERTO, ALFREDO NORDY, ALBERT, MARCIEL, ESTEFANY, OSCAR, WISBERT MONICA, all were very nice, outgoing and professional. Shows were incredible, the entertainment crew works very hard to engage guests and they are talented and friendly.. ELECTRIC, CANDY, LA SOMBRA
