What an amazing day!?? My husband, our daughters (7 months and 6 years old), and I spent the day at the Tangerine Hotel on July 24th and were absolutely delighted. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with care and professionalism. Since I was carrying the baby, an employee immediately offered to help us with our luggage, because with children, even on a day trip, you never travel light??. Meanwhile, another employee directed my husband to the parking lot. At reception, we were greeted with a refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail. In less than 5 minutes, we were checked in. With only about 300 rooms, the hotel is relatively small, and everything is close by, a huge advantage when traveling with children. The bar, open almost all day, offers a small but good-quality buffet with a little bit of everything: hamburgers, hot dogs, pizzas, salads, Dominican dishes, fruit, and desserts. The staff makes sure that nothing is missing and that everything is served hot. The buffet is varied and offers dishes for all tastes, even for the little ones. The food is excellent and served hot. The pool is relatively large and has areas suitable for all ages, which is very practical as the whole family can swim together without getting separated in defferent pools. The only drawback was the wind, which was particularly strong and made it impossible for the children to swim. On the other hand, it was impressive to watch the kitesurfers gliding across the waves with their large sails. Ao far, we highly recommend this place, whether for a day trip or a longer stay. Although all the staff work very diligently, we would like to especially thank Elizabeth and Griselda for their excellent service at the bar and buffet (10/10). They looked after us with care, smiles, and kindness, and made sure we had everything we needed during our meal. We must also acknowledge Aramis, who does an exceptional job as the restaurents/bar/ buffet manager. His eyes are everywhere. Not only does he make sure everything runs perfectly, whether it's the food or the staff, but he also takes the time to ensure that customers have a good time, with a smile, professionalism and friendliness, and that is priceless.??

We had a great experience. Everything was great and staff were exceptional. Eduardo Mejia who works during breakfast and lunch time made our stay felt more welcoming. He gave a wonderful admirable personality that began our day with positive energy.

Very nice place. Beach is very clean. The Service is fantastic, very friendly staff. Always very helpful. On the weekends the noise level is high due to many locals.. Wenyely does a great Job as “camarera” thank you so much for making our vacation unforgetable ??

Irene, Candy, Nutella are the best staff. So engaging, friendly and they all give great hugs. Always smiling and ready to help out every time. I love them.

We had another wonderful stay at Viva Tangerine. While the entire resort is full of hardworking people, a few individuals truly made our trip unforgettable. ?I want to give a big thank you to the incredible team at the Mexican restaurant, including Orlando, Oscaly, Anibal, Lilian, Agustin, and Chef Jeferson, for making our dining experiences extra special. I also want to give a big shoutout to Lorenzo and Orbis for their fantastic service. You all go above and beyond, and you are truly the soul of this place. ? ?We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to the General Manager, Antonio, and give a special thanks to Kerin and the rest of the resort's leadership team for all of their care and accommodations. Your high standards and support definitely do not go unnoticed. ?Thank you all for everything you do to make Cabarete feel like home.
