Definitely Overpriced for what you get.

It’s a okay place but DEFINITELY OVERPRICED for what you get. Food is below average, rooms are decent wifi is good, staff is okay. Better options out there not what you would expected for all inclusive. Restaurants close early room service is at an extra fee with practically 3 options. Not much amenities.

Shout out to Humberto!! Excellent poolside service!! Very attentive and friendly!! He kept the mimosas coming and refreshed our water and ice non-stop! Find a lounge chair in the shaded area between the beach and pool for great service from Humberto!

first time at this hotel and really impressed. The service from all the staff is superb, food is good and i cannot recommend the Royal level enough. You get a private check in, lounge, bar and restaurant as well. Very worth the money. I would have liked live music in the bar every night but other than that very good.
Do not waste your money.

Their customer service was zero. Even their management team doesn’t know how yo deal with customer. Do not waste your money.

its good place to stay but do not invite your family or friends to visit you in the resort. Day pass will cost you more than the cost of one days room. For example 3 adults and a 5 year for 4/5 hour visit $330US.
