Nice place if you are not looking for 5 star food

The Buffet is the absolute highlight. Not only is the service staff excellent the food was the best. The snack time offered at El Mariachi was WAY better than the food they served at night. The other restaurants that needed reservations were not worth it either. I was sorely disappointed with the room cleaning service and the restocking services. Our shower door was not lined up properly so the bathroom would flood to the toilet, when I reported it to the front desk nothing was ever done about it. The bartenders everywhere and entertainment staff were amazing, friendly people.

i loved this resort everything was so so amazing and everyone’s so kind and sweet and everyone is insanely welcoming. Nivine was the best, her smile made my day everyday and she’s so sweet and open to everyone. She’s amazing she is the best!!!!

We stayed from 07/25-08/01/26. The breakfast team at the Grand Level:Tito,Antonio y Marisol were excellent. Attentive, friendly and paid attention to details. The International Restaurant evening service had amazing food. Overall our stay was great.
