We stayed from 07/25-08/01/26. The breakfast team at the Grand Level:Tito,Antonio y Marisol were excellent. Attentive, friendly and paid attention to details. The International Restaurant evening service had amazing food. Overall our stay was great.
Beautiful resort but need some a/c

The hotel, the staff, the food and the beverages are very good. They need to work on their a/c especially in the rooms. We had the techs to our room twice and still couldn’t get below 29°C during the day and 25°C at night. The staff are amazing. Especially the breakfast crew in the Royal Level. Special recognition to Antonio, Tito and Marisol. After a day they knew your coffee and beverage preferences.

The resort is amazing. But we have to give shout-out to Antonio in the Royal Level restaurant. This was our second visit and Antonio and his team took very good care of us. He knows you by name and remembers your drink requests. Its like visiting with family. Of course the food is great also, breakfast there each morning was our fave.
