Amazing service, especially from Marisol Cardena, she gets me things before I even ask. She made my experience at the buffet so awesome! She is the best!!!! The rooms are also amazing! I always come back to a very clean and tidy room that I am so grateful for. The food and views are also unmatched.

Me and my family stayed at the Occidental last week for my grandparents 64th wedding anniversary. Our stay was amazing! The rooms are great and kept clean, although a little small. The pool and beach area were 10/10, plenty of activities all day different areas to enjoy your time in paradise. The only gripe was that the food was average at best. That being said the quality of the food was heavily overshadowed by the quality of service. All the wait staff and bartenders were attentive, fun , and genuinely tried to connect with the guests. Huge special thanks to several of the staff that stood out to us. From the lounge Bar, Jesus Garcia, Rene Garcia, Erika Lopez <3, Saida Garcia, Valeria, Oscar, and Arandy Garcia. And from the pool area staff, Fernando Montes, Ramses Rodrigues, and Jesus Garcia Mancina. A huge extra special thanks to Angel Flores who went above and beyond to provide excellent drink service around the pool and the beach. Thank you all!
