As part of a continuous enhancement program, there will be ongoing work to replace the furniture in the rooms throughout the property. Work will be conducted floor by floor to reduce any inconvenience to guests and noise levels will be kept low.
The project will begin December 1, 2025, and end January 21, 2026, with a scheduled pause on December 30, 31, and January 1. Work hours will commence Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays reserved for furniture unloading only.
Every effort will be made to ensure comfort and minimize impact during this period.

Crown Paradise Hotel Review I recently stayed at Crown Paradise Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was overwhelmingly disappointing. On the positive side, the location is convenient and easily accessible, which was one of the few highlights of the stay. However, beyond that, the hotel fell far short of expectations. Cleanliness was a major issue throughout the property. The rooms were outdated and visibly dirty, and common areas didn’t appear to be well maintained. The rooftop pool, in particular, had visible scum, and the cabanas were in poor condition—far from the relaxing experience advertised. Service was equally frustrating. The concierge staff were unhelpful, especially when dealing with lost items. The Lost and Found process was unnecessarily complicated and rigid. Despite reporting a lost item the night before, I was told to return at 8 AM, only to then be informed that I had to wait until 3 PM just to inquire about it. The lack of urgency or basic customer support made the situation even more stressful. Room service was another major disappointment. Not only were the menu options limited and unappealing, but the service itself was extremely slow. On one occasion, I ordered room service and it never showed up at all. To make matters worse, the phone in my room didn’t even work initially, so I couldn’t reliably contact room service even if I wanted to. Dining options overall were a low point. The buffet food was subpar, and the reservation system for restaurants was inconvenient. Reservations could only be made between 9 AM and 12 PM, and even then, group bookings weren’t allowed—you had to reserve individually, which made coordinating meals unnecessarily difficult. As for activities, they were underwhelming and lacked the quality and variety expected from a resort of this type. That said, I did have a genuinely great time with my friends, and I wouldn’t say I regret the trip at all. The only reason the experience was enjoyable was because of the people I was with and our ability to make the best of a disappointing situation. While the price initially seemed reasonable, it ultimately did not reflect the level of service, cleanliness, or overall experience provided. In hindsight, it felt far too expensive for what we received. Overall, I would not recommend staying at Crown Paradise Hotel. The only redeeming factor was the location, but that alone is not enough to justify the many shortcomings.
