I was teaching Zumba on the beach this week. My THIRD TIME HERE and I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this hotel. The food, the activities, the entertainment and the entire E-TEAM, AMAZING! Dancing on the beach every day at noon! Special shout-out to these amazing members of the e-team for making my stay extra special: Esteban, Maria, Julianna, Marcos, Kelvin, Darinel - THANK YOU THANK YOU! I will be back next year for more!

Olga, Raoul & Victor were outstanding!! Made our week of vacation so much more fun! Victor & his partner were very accommodating with requested snacks, drinks, dinner & spa reservations. Olga & Raoul @ the Preferred Pool were so much fun & made delicious drinks!

I stayed at Secrets La Romana for 9 days and had an incredible experience. I’d especially like to thank Angelica, Adrian, Diorga, Alfonso, Amairi, Cubes, Febles, Piscina, and Infizriti for their outstanding service. They made the best cocktails by the pool and consistently went above and beyond to ensure I had a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Emmanuel was amazing to us! He took care of us and is well deserved of a raise and a LONGGGGG vacation

Hanna was amazing, always polite, respectful and eager to help solve any problem We might have had. She’s great with customers professional, and gets the job done no matter what it is. she is the person that gets things done. please acknowledge this superb employee some type of way.
