Kindness and Comfort

Very nice facilities and friendly staff. Dayelyn Garcia was specially kind. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent but not all the time

I couldn’t not give this hotel 5 stars because the majority of the time this place is fantastic. Most of the restaurants are very good, the beach and pool areas are immaculate, the rooms are better than average and some of the staff’s performance is exemplary. On the downside I witnessed some poor food hygiene practices that were more training issues than anything, but they need addressing. For example picking up raw fish and cooked poultry with the same tongs, and too many ungloved fingers in the buffet. This property was a Hilton until recently and it was clear that they were working hard to raise the standards. That said I wasn’t ill, I’d go back and I would highly recommend this property.

Mare was our favorite restaurant for breakfast and lunch. We also enjoyed a few dinners here. It’s located near the Preferred beach area. Great food and service.

Five star experience!

Just the best week, the food, the beach and the room was so lovely. The staff reallly made the whole experience five start! Shoutout to Esteban and Yuliana from the experience team and Kelvin Mancebo from the Noor team was amazing!

It took forever to get your order sometimes waiting up to an hour then when you did get your food it was cold and I found a language barrier was a big hurdle this is our fourth stay there the previous three were with the Hilton which I thought was far better service
