we stayed 10 nights in a garden view preferred room. the room was nice but could defiantly do with updating especially the bathroom. We enjoyed the preffered pool as it was a much quieter atmosphere. than the main pool the drinks service around the pool was good. Food- was on the whole really good but at times could have been warmer. plenty of selection at the breakfast Buffet and also lunch. we enjoyed having the option of table service at Mare which was really nice, coffee was terible though so we always got that from the cafe in the lobby we didn't use the preferred lounge much but when we did the snacks on offer were good but not extensive although the M&M's where very nice. the beach here isn't what you imagine when you think of a Caribbean beach but the water was clear and nice for swimming. the beach sun beds are in desperate need of updating they all look well past there best. I must mentioned the Lobby bar staff they were excellent and we enjoyed the entertainment on offer, saxophonist, violinist, singers and DJ all where good but not over powering. We would defiantly return to this hotel in the future as it was so relaxing.

The hotel is amazing. The staff are all so cheery and helpful. The hotel is very clean. In the preferred club you get access to the whole hotel - family pools etc. if you had children you wouldn’t be disappointed as there is so much entertainment here for them with the added bonus of a water park - which is for all ages. The food - you will never starve from the burger, hot dog, nachos, tacos and pizza stands. The restaurants especially Sakura - which is the only one you have to book (tepanyaki) is fun and tasty. Beach parties - family and adults only are great fun and all the staff join in - they are so happy - enjoying what they are doing that you can’t help but join in. Thank you to Ana Luisa for cleaning ourroom 2139 - so clean and keeping it stocked.- mouthwash, insect repellant - coffe machine mini bar {pop and beers and water) Bryan for the drinks at the beach party. But the biggest shout out is to the happiest girls at the fabulous Aroma Cafe in the lobby Veronica Solas, Elizabeth Marle and Juana Martinez (hope I spelt your names right) for the lattes and agua calor con poco leche. To the cleaners keeping the public bathrooms so clean thank you. Wilfrido Garcia the pool man so helpful fresh towels daily and cleaning around the pool in the preferred club. They also have Sun tan lotion around the preferred adult club pool and after sun. Scores bar you need to turn down the air con as it is freezing! However good nights to be had by all. Casino only play with what you can afford to loose. spa was lovely - great massage. The beaches - my favourite preferred family - always clean This holiday was amazing and you get a beach bag for all your stuff. Really all you need are you clothes, deodorant and perfume and hairspray. Thank you Secrets but the secret is ou what an amazing holiday

Ronaldo felix was very attentive and much appreciated , we will be back. Food was amazing especially the lobster and prawns

The food was amazing! The service from Santa, Eury and Franklin was fantastic, and we appreciate that they were able to accommodate us on short notice! Some visit Sakura!

We were here for sunshine, sea and sand - away from the winter at home.
