This hotel beach and room is far from reality, the beach is NO clear water, the water is brown and stinks. When I mentioned that to the Premium supervisor, she said “that’s marketing” but of course the water here is not that color! Well that what I bought!!! This place is messy, they change the rate as they pleased, they charge more if you are coming from the USA, the smell is terrible, the shoes are poor and need more work, and they have roaches!!! ?? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It was the worst decision we ever made.

Was ok but a little expensive. Breakfast was awesome. Dinner was very nice. Staff is outstanding! Overall I would give the resort a 7 out of 10. If the address the few issues I mentioned this place would get 8 out of 10 at best. Ive stayed in better locations. But this place was good.

Excellent accommodation and food. Some facilities in some of the rooms needs upgrading/repair. Overall the experience was better than I expected.

During the trip, our butler Starling Figueroa provided truly exceptional service throughout our trip and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. He thoughtfully arranged a variety of services and special experiences, handling every detail with professionalism, discretion, and genuine care. His attentiveness and dedication elevated our entire trip and made it unlike anything we have experienced before. We are sincerely grateful for his outstanding hospitality and the many thoughtful touches that made our vacation so special. He deserves the highest recognition for his exemplary service!
