We spent a night here after our flight home was cancelled and the airline had to set us up for a night. As we were only there about a day our experience was limited. The room we had was both very far from the main buildings/pools and also in poor shape. In particular the tub/shower was awful. The resort was very large which if you like that kind of thing it's fine but we prefer a more compact layout. It may have been the time of year but the clientele, especially at the swim-up bar, leaned a little to heavily to a party atmosphere filled with younger people. There is nothing wrong with that but it's not everyone's preference so worth mentioning. To get to the bar, either the swim-up or land side, you had to fight through a crowd. Drinks at the ourdoor bars were served in disposable Coke cups. If you love that Instagram picture of your tropical drink then you're out of luck. There was oddly some form of mall on the property. It made it a little confusing as to what was considered to be all-inclusive and what isn't. The buffet had lots of variety but was crazy busy and loud. We didn't do any ala cartes but enjoyed the coffee bar and indoor bar. The coffee bar had lots of variety including mixes with rum but on the downside it didn't open until late day. The beach was beautiful. Easily my favourite of any resort we've been to. If you don't mind big and busy and can deal with a dated room then this is a great place for you.

I would like to be compensated for my stay and as though I was not happy, I want to get services and also a manager, and they done nothing for me, but allow me to stay an hour later from checkout

Fix issues someone has with their rooms if brought to your attention. We didn't have a door on our toilet, it was missing/Broken and gone. Asked front desk 4 times and nothing was done. So unprofessional. 4 people in the room with no privacy when using the toilet.

It's was very entertaining and the food was good very clean and friendly staff
