The rooms were fantastic. They were clean. Room service was there ever day. They cleaned and new towels daily. The food in the evening at the Restaurants (reservations are required) were very good. Some didn't have air-conditioning, which was so hot. The breakfast and lunch buffet were ok, lots of the same foods daily. Fruits were always fresh. Jose, was the best bartender. Drinks were always good. Our biggest complaint was the seaweed. There was so much we ended up up going off the resort by taxi to Macau Beach. That trip was pricey.

The trip was great because my family and I had a blast but the experience was mediocre. The food was lukewarm, and at times inedible and gross. The drinks were limited to four or five options. The staff was overall unhappy and not as friendly as I remember from my previous visit. Overall, I will not be returning to the DR.

Such a great resort! We had a great week here on our family vacation. Staff were wonderful. The food and drinks were great. Pools and beach were awesome.

Spacious hotel with various activities and spots to hang out for any age group and interest. Well maintained. We loved our stay!!

1 star overall: - Rooms were disgusting, mold everywhere, jacuzzi not working properly, lights not working, wifi not working, tv not working. - Food was meh. Nothing great, even in the restaurants. Very disappointed. - Staff is extremely rude and they look miserable. - Check-in took almost an hour, how is that even possible? And trying to get more money out of us as well. - Pools are good, nothing to complain about. - Beach sucks, it's narrow, it's full of seaweed, no services. 0. - Wifi in the hotel is non functional. In 2026, it's unacceptable. This hotel is a 2-stars MAXIMUM. Very very very disappointed.
