rats and cockroaches

I have been going there every year for the last 8 years , never been like this time, no towels on the room, bathroom was dirty, fount rats and cockroaches, the buffet was not the same … employees are only the best .

Very honest Bad review

So much I have to say that it won’t fit here Check in was 3 hours and old school way of checking in Food wasn’t great and not much drink option and water down and service in most places wasn’t great A lot of places AC wasn’t working Just didn’t have a good time

Could be very nice resort

Big and nice resort, but everything old and needs renewals. Public areas clean. Lots of restaurants and the food is good. Nice and big pools. Lots of to do with kids. BUT the rooms are terrible. Lots of cockroaches and bed bugs. Everything leaking. We had room on 4th floor and the ceilings were leaking as well as A/C. Seen a rat running outside. Also the stuff mostly not very friendly specially at the buffet. Pools areas are not cleaned during the day, as an example, seen a used diaper lying on the ground all day and nobody would clean it, as well as used glasses.

Honeymoon Trip

Would definitely recommend this resort to others. It was beautiful and the staff was so kind. There was variety in food options and never a shortage of drinks. Couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon.

Nightmare in Punta Cana

This was the worst experience I have had at a resort. The rooms were dirty(in total my group had about 8 rooms premium level). The staff was not friendly and rude in some cases. I fell walking into my room and now being told that because I didn’t go to their clinic too bad. The ceiling in our shower fell in after days of complaining about the moisture in our room. Chips of paint was in the hot tub along with the bugs hanging out and the other dirt. The cleaning staff never cleaned the room unless I asked and then it took forever. I was highly disappointed. And Cesar who’s the director I’m assuming will respond to justify everything I’ve said but there is no justification for poor service and no taking your guest into account.
