Very bad experience! The beach, beach chairs and water are very dirty.! The premium service is a big scam!!! The employees are disrespectful and don't speak or understands english. Very difficult to obtain a restaurant reservation!!!

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and traveled with 9 family members. Had a marvelous time. Prepare to walk a lot. Lots to do. Need more than a week to truly enjoy all the hotel has to offer. Wonderful time and very good food.

Daniel Nolasco in concierge services made the experience from good to excellent!!! His attention to detail and professionalism is top tier!!!! Thank you Daniel for making our stay unforgettable! We were there with a work trip of 50 people, and your attention to our group made all the difference!
