Bad service

aldoheredia35 on Jun 20, 2026

Poor experience and lack of willingness. Our room was a disaster, it took more than 24 hours to resolve the problem and countless trip to front desk.

Beautiful property but heavily let down by service and broken amenities

JRBpr (New York City, New York) on Jun 20, 2026

Our family recently spent six days at this resort, and it was a highly mixed experience. The physical property itself is beautiful, clean, and very well-kept, but the service and maintenance fell short of what an all-inclusive vacation should be. The absolute highlight of our trip was dining at The Coral. The seafood was outstanding, and the hosts, servers, and attendants provided world-class service—they truly earned their tips and set a standard the rest of the resort should follow. We also found the daily buffet to be excellent and much better than the specialized restaurants, which required booking way too far in advance. Unfortunately, our dinners at the steakhouse and Mexican restaurant were ruined by a complete lack of professionalism; both the servers and the chefs were far more attentive to their personal cell phones than to the customers. This inattentive attitude extended to the main pool and bar areas, where the staff was so detached that we practically had to beg just to get a drink. Additionally, the resort feels like it nickel-and-dimes its guests. While we understand paying extra for motorized water sports or scuba diving, charging an additional fee just to enter the water park feels wrong for an all-inclusive model. The park should be open to all guests, and a single complimentary day doesn't make up for the upcharge. To make matters worse, we paid a $125 upgrade fee plus a $25 cash tip at check-in to move from a Family Duplex to a Family Suite to be closer to the main building. Once in the room, we discovered neither of the two TVs worked. Despite reporting this to the staff, the issue was ignored and never fixed during our entire stay. The resort has incredible potential, but management urgently needs to address staff training, enforce device policies on the floor, and improve maintenance accountability.

Need to Improve friendliness of employee

rodrigojoly2026 (Leme, SP) on Jun 20, 2026

beautiful place but employees only work well if we pay tip. It is boring to travel in an all inclusive hotel and need to pay for every single thing that we ask.
