HORRIBLE FOOD…NO PASSION FRUIT JUICE SERVICE NOT GOOD DIDNT MATTER IF YOU TIPPED LOL NO ONE CARES CHECK IN IS SOOO SLOW BEAUTIFUL RESORT LOVE THE PRIVATE BEACH LOVED THE WATER SPORTS THEY OFFERED SEEN A FEW COCKROACHES LOTS OF SECURITY RAT IN MY UNCLES ROOM NO ONE CAME TO TRY AND CATCH IT & DIDNT ACCOMMODATE HIM & HIS FAMILY THE KIDS WATER PARK PIRATE SHIP THE WHITE SLIDES ARE DANGEROUS 2 PPL SLAMMED THERE HEADS HARD THE RESORT IS SO BIG IT IS BEAUTIFUL BUT I THINK CAN BE A LITTLE BIT CLEANER I DO LIKE THAT YOU CAN BRING A SPEAKER AND LISTEN TO YOUR OWN MUSIC

Beautiful property Poor food quality

Premium level rooms seaside are beautiful and nicest I’ve ever seen, but the service and food is Absolutely Terrible. Would never go back because of service and food

Overall my family and I had a decent stay at this hotel. Our largest concern was with house keeping as our room was not cleaned well. Dirty floors, soiled linens, towels being removed but not replaced consistently were some of the issues we had. The quality of the pillows could also be improved as this was a common issue among the group of people we travelled with. If management improved these things, it would go a long way.

I would not recommend coming here. We paid for the Premium Upgrade. Upon arrival I was taken to a long line to check in. Had the bellhop asked what level we were he was supposed to take us to the premium check in room. After we get to our room the mirrors were dirty the mini fridge had half drank beverages in there. It took 4 hours for someone to fix these issues after calling and going by the front desk. We asked for face towels numerous times in the five days we was here and only received them once even though our room was cleaned everyday. For this to be a family resort there is not much for children to eat. I feel I really waisted my money coming here. I did the research and I can’t believe I missed this bad!

Enjoyed ourselves.

Pillows were quite flat but the bed was comfortable. The room was very cool. We had to turn of the air conditioner at times just to warm up! Not such a bad thing if the weather was really hot. We were in building 6 which was far away from the pools and the restaurants. But if you don't mind hanging out at the beach all day it was definitely quieter. You just have to plan to get your towels right after you have breakfast. The food was the weakest part of the resort. The most consistent type of food was the deserts and pastries! Everything that we tried was delicious! They seemed to have a very good variety of items on the buffet but most items that we tried were not as good as they looked. They lacked temperature and flavor. But if you are selective, you can find something that is satisfying and tasty! There is a lot of different activities at this resort including stuff for children of all ages and for adults only. We are looking forward to bringing our Grandkids here one day. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again!
