We arrived on 23rd December. This is our 5th stay in 18 months at this hotel. The staff we know have been very welcoming but we are extremely disappointed that we have not been acknowledged as returning guests. We are here until 6th January so will see what happens

We have just come back after 11 nights in paradise. From the moment we arrived to the time we departed, this was the best holiday we have ever had around the world. The location, room, service, food and staff were first class. To be able to have the quality of food daily was excellent. We especially enjoyed the beautiful swimming pools and location to the stunning beach. We will return next year. Thank you everyone.

The location was perfect only 20 minutes away from the airport Atmosphere was excellent there was always something to do Rooms beautiful and very clean Value good for the price Cleanliness everything nice and clean room and hotel you could find a paper on the floor Hotel workers keep everything clean Noise well depends what area you go.. we stayed at coral section was nice and quite Amenities That have everything for everyone boat ride, scuba diving surfing and more Love love this place everyone were so welcoming and loving makes you feel at home

Location: My room was right next to the pool and beach so everything was quick and easy. Restraunts were all within 5 minutes walking and super kind. Atmosphere: I thought it was beautiful, super quiet in the afternoon and very accommodating to anything needed. Rooms: Beds were quite comfortable and everything worked fine. No complaints at all. Cleanliness: All bathrooms and all were clean as well as my room. Service: Service was amazing and always fast and helpful. Special shoutout to El Niño and Fresa for making my experience fun and unforgettable. Truly two of the most fun people you will never find anywhere else.

So many issues! BEWARE!!! I am currently in our room just bewildered by all of the issues we’ve encountered and feel compelled to share our story. I will say that my husband and I got married at this hotel 7 years ago and all 50 guests loved it. We’ve been coming back with a large group every couple of years since and every year, the quality has gone down a little but still good enough for us to come back UNTIL NOW. The rooms are rundown, AC isn’t working in my sister’s room and no one is fixing it, we got to our room the first night and there was basically a waterfall coming down from our room ceiling. No one has come to fix the water issue. We also had our luggage lost which contained all of my 2 year old daughter’s clothes, toys, shoes, and diapers. No one at the hotel is taking any accountability and no one cares. We also reserved our room 3 months ahead of our visit and then when we arrived, we were told that they had given the room to another family. No apology, no way to make the situation better. They said they didn’t have any rooms left on the second floor and weren’t willing to upgrade us so that we could be on the second floor even though this was their error. The level of service has gone way down and the beloved place we used to boast about is no more. I’m deeply saddened at the fact that this vacation which we so desperately were looking forward to, has been one disappointment after another.
