Our group of 13 arrived at the resort on July 17th. From the moment our feet touched the ground at this incredible place, until we said our final goodbyes we were LOVED! Ramos was our first point of contact. He welcomed us and escorted us to a place to wait in the shade while our luggage was being unloaded by the airport transport driver.. The main lobby was beautiful with its serene island colors and copper accents; visually, it was simply stunning! We were very warmly greeted by the other resort staff in the main lobby and were pleased to have cold fruit infused water at the ready. 3 separate golf carts were waiting for us within 5 minutes to take us to the ‘Inner Sanctum’ (my term for check-in). Francé (I may not have the correct spelling of his name, and if I don’t, please forgive me), was My Husband’s and my transport there (and he continued to be our transport at various times throughout our stay). Before we entered check-in, we were offered cool cloths and water and invited to sit down while everything was being finalized. Alphonso enthusiastically welcomed us and proceeded to get each room assignment and keys for each of our 5 families. From there Francé drove us to our room, carried all of our luggage upstairs in one trip (!!) and wished us a great stay… And it was! EVERYONE we came in contact with was exceptional! From Faro restaurant and bar staff (Kelvin, Ismeal, Frances, Dioris, Yomairy, Julia, Emelio, Akeny (Justin Beeber ??) and Ramirez to Seferino (our exuberant Main Lobby amigo), Said and John (Assistant General Managers)! There was no opportunity missed to have lively conversation and lots of laughs with these folks! We always looked forward to seeing them and we always felt the same coming from them. Our housekeeper, Marhta, was so kind, warm and extremely accommodating. We had a minor issue in our room upon check in and she immediately resolved it! I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention Frantz, the young man my Husband and I saw our second morning on our way to the beach. We greeted him as he was harvesting coconuts from one of the many trees on the resort. He offered us each one that he skillfully hacked open and shaved so that we had the perfect drinking vessel to enjoy the thirst quenching nectar. Each day after when he saw us, he’d tell us what time he’d be at our room and was there with two coconuts…THIS is just one example of the level of care we received daily during our stay. To say this resort is EXPERTLY well run is an understatement. The level of organization is unmatched. When one meal was over, like clockwork the entire staff falls into position to breakdown everything that’s been displayed to make room for what’s to come. To see how efficiently everyone works is like watching a masterful concerto…it’s THAT divine. As much and as hard as they work, we NEVER felt that anyone was nothing more than honored to serve us, and because of this, we tipped extremely well and made great connections. This resort owes us NOTHING! It gave us everything we were hoping to receive during our vacation and more! In closing, I’d like to give a shoutout to one of the security personnel. I never asked his name and I sincerely wish I had. He stood proudly just to the left of the road leading from the Main Lobby to the resort grounds. We saw him our second morning during our walk. We waved and as he walked towards us to greet us he had the most INCREDIBLE smile… Nuestro amigo con la hermosa sonrisa…he has blue/green braces and could very easily be a spokes person for an Orthodontist. Should you see him, tell him his American friends say ¡Hola!??

I had another amazing stay at Iberostar Selection Coral Bávaro. Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. A special thank you to Gheremy, who truly made our stay even more enjoyable. He was always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. His outstanding customer service is one of the reasons we keep coming back year after year. Location: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Rooms: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Noise level: 5/5 – Peaceful and quiet. Service: 5/5 – Outstanding, especially thanks to Gheremy. Amenities: 5/5 – Excellent variety and quality. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

This is an amazing resort with beautiful grounds, great restaurants, amazing entertainment, a beautiful beach and wonderful pools. The main pool area is loads of fun with activities, music, and snack bars. The staff throughout the resort are amazing, and a special shout out to Eric and Eduardo at the Coral Check-In Desk - they are so friendly and helpful. The Magic Show and the Acrobats were fantastic!! My one complaint would be the concierge Diana that I was assigned to. I wish I had just been able to see Eduardo or Eric for reservations. Diana kept trying to push a breakfast on me and my husband even after we told her we were not interested. (I knew it would be a sales pitch and wanted no part of it). She told us that she does not get a paycheck and needs us to go to the breakfast in order for her to get commission. She said "don't go for you, go for me". Really? We were expected to take time our of our vacation to go to a place we did not want to go to, so that she can get paid? Outrageous! I considered dropping a star in my rating due to this aggravation (nobody wants to be pressured on a vacation!) but it would not be fair to all the other employees who are the best. So my advice to those who are planning a trip: Deal directly with Eduardo and Eric or any of the front desk staff and your stay will be one you will never forget. It really is an amazing place. And take the half day Monkey Tour while you are there!

We were very pleased. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Beautiful place for a vacation.

The suite, the friendly staff, pool & beach, food, service - eveything was just perfect.
