My best friend and I went for Spring break and loved it! Shoutout to Diamond, Jayson, and Baby A! They made the trip so fun and are very good at their jobs!

From the moment I stepped foot on the premises it has been nothing but the most amazing experience, the food is amazing, the beverages are top notch, and the most importantly the workers are very hospitable, especially Nova I met him the other day and I felt as if I’ve known him a lifetime. 10/10 would recommend.

Just stayed at the W Hotel Punta Cana and had an amazing experience. The hospitality here is truly top tier. From the moment we arrived, Nova made sure we were taken care of and welcomed us with great service. The view of the beach is absolutely beautiful and the property itself is stunning. This resort caters to corporate events. It is not a typical all inclusive resort. During our 1 week stay they had closed the main pool and lunch area for an entire day for a private event. How was this even allowed? They closed the a la carte restaurants and dinner buffet without notice. The restaurants we were able to get into had limited menu items available and one night ran out of desert. Our guess is that there were not enough regular guests to open the buffet or the a la carte restaurants. Beware of the extra charges for menu items because not all food is included in the all inclusive. The app used for restaurant reservations was useless for our entire stay. There were two bars to have an evening drink at. The outside bar had a bad mosquito problem so that was out of the question and the inside bar was closed frequently for private events. The evening entertainment looked great but was roped off for regular guests. I can only think that the 5 star reviews for this hotel are from people who were attending one of these business events or had stayed only one or two night and got lucky. This hotel is a 1hr drive (direct) from the airport and is out of the way on its own. Recommend a private transfer because you will be the last to be dropped off and the first to be picked up. It was a 2hr 10min bus trip with all the other hotel drop off and pick ups. On a more positive note, the rooms were amazing, bed and pillows super comfy, wifi was excellent, the weather was great and the drinks were cold.
