An amazing time was had per our July 4th - 8th, 2025 four-night stay! The incredible service we received from ALL staff members, luxe accommodations, delectable food and beverage options (for someone like me who is a picky pescatarian as well as non-drinker or like my Husband who has no dietary restrictions and enjoys top shelf alcohol), the variety of culturally immersive resort activities offered, the unique resort amenities available, etc. are TOP TIER! Their collective dedication to excellence is evident and made our stay delightful as well as extraordinary! So much so, we opted to plan two return trips during the course of this glorious stay! Thank you exemplary Managers Sergio and Hochi as well as phenomenal Insider Team Members Edwin and Abraham; vivacious Activity Director Anna as well as your ENTIRE Team (China, Jason, Stanley, Elias, Baby A.,etc.); Meditation Guru Mercedes and co-Guru Jen; Fitness Guru Ricardo, warm and knowledgeable Pastry Chef Tatiana; the talented Executive Peruvian Chef who makes delicious coco arroz, frijoles, and ceviches (which I eagerly requested daily); Culinary Team Member Domingo; Food Service Supervisors Jose Mercedes and Carolina (who became like family), humorous and warm hearted Trade Market Manager Marcos; the OUTSTANDING Food and Bar Service Teams at: La Plaza, The Wet Deck, Trade Market (especially the dynamic duo Alexis and Nelson), The Living Room, Scena, and Outpost Cafe.. Please know, Ellen, Lamont, Renita, Joseph, and I appreciate each of you more than words may adequately convey! The great conversations and your keen attention to a multitude of details made us feel welcomed and well cared for. Thank you for your relentless hard work, kindness, humor, and authenticity!! The W Punta Cana is nothing short of exciting. I had an absolute blast. The front desk staff were very polite and everyone was happy to assist me whenever I went. The room was amazing and the view was breathtaking. We enjoyed all their food options and the staff was fantastic! We spent most of our days at the beach and the service there was great. We met Omar the GM, and we had to tell him what a wonderful job he’s doing. The overall experience was top notch and we cannot wait to visit again ! We highly recommend the W Punta Cana.

When you talk about a full 5 star experience the W has it all. The check in process was flawless and you felt at home the moment you got to the resort. My room was amazing and the view I had made it even more spectacular. The food options were excellent and I had a great time interacting with the staff. The coctails were great and as a person who enjoy having a variety of options I must say the bartenders exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed spending time at the pool and beach and if its one thing I can say I got my monies wroth. I honestly can say if you are thinking about traveling anytime soon you must visit the W as I will definitely be back very soon for a longer stay, as they have so many things to do and options to choose from. Overall I had a blast and the entire team was great kudos to the management team ?? , this is definitely my favorite place now ?? ?? ?? .

Me and my wife recently stayed for 5 nights at this newly opened property in DR. Obviously , the initial reviews we read before our trip made us skeptical of our decision to book this property as it just opened a few weeks ago but in all honesty, quiet happy that we did not cancel our reservation and we had the best of times here. Sergio was awesome and helpful even before we reached and during our stay as well. Wesler helped us out with reservations or anything else. Sandro and the whole entertainment team were amazing, keeping us busy with various activities. Mario (night manager) amazing as well! Food was incredible, two restaurants were not open but that didn’t affect our stay at all as there were still a lot of other options. If you are looking for those typical foam parties or loud crowd , this might not be the place for you. This is luxury at its best. We will definitely be back in a few years and see this property operating full throttle!

stayed at the W Hotel in Punta Cana with my wife and two children, and we all had an incredible experience—thanks especially to Sandro Espinosa and Ricardo. Both were exceptionally kind, professional, and went out of their way to make our stay special. My kids absolutely loved them, and my wife and I were so impressed by their warmth and attention to detail. They made us feel truly welcome and taken care of from start to finish.
