My vacation was Amazing, I want to say thank you to the buffet team specially to Frank and Dania they was so great everyday, very friendly and polite, the manager of the restaurant as well, Mr. Mosquea, 10 is not enough to rate the team, I’ll give 100 of 10 ????, for sure I’ll be back with my family our housekeeper yalkiry was great. Our room 2237 and 2240

Everything was perfect from start to finish, but what truly made the experience special was the coaching. ?A huge thank you to Yeandro, our instructor. Not only is he incredibly kind and always smiling, but he is also an amazing teacher. He took the time to teach us the ropes with a lot of patience and passion. Thanks to him, we felt completely confident while having a blast trying out archery.

Just returned from 10 day stay with my sister. Check in with Darlyn and with the help of Ramone our accommodations were as requested and went smoothly! We upgraded to Platinum and were not disappointed. The staff at the Platinum restaurant are the best. Andreas, Cepin and all the servers were so very attentive and made our stay very enjoyable. They go out of their way to ensure you get the very best service! They always make our stay more enjoyable and the hard work is very appreciated. We visit a few times a year and aside from occasional minor inconveniences we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to return again soon. Raking of the beach and replacing the chair cushions would be a much needed improvement!

1?? hotel with 0 customer service and biggest scammers ever. Rooms flooded with sewage water and they still would not accommodate you or refund your money. My little kids and I were inhaling that nasty smell and walking in that hazardous water for few days. They just kept saying I am sorry. Employees are biggest scammers and don’t fall for free credit and free gift (timeshare scam) . Food also some of the worst. This hotel is definitely 1 star or no stars

A wonderful team at this resort... Welcoming people and always helping us and always with a smile on their faces like Jose bell-boy and Hector bell-boy. Thank you for all the help, I will definitely come back.
