I spent hours researching resorts in Punta Cana. Do NOT pick this resort! A “Deluxe Poolside Room” means you are in a building somewhat close to a “pool” or in our case the kiddie pool. Room AC barely works and it smells so bad that a woman came to the door at 1900 to spray the room. Now there is a mixture of mold and musty smell with perfume! Waited over an hour to check into a room that is no better than a Motel 6 in the US. We have traveled extensively around the world and have been to six or seven continents. This “resort” is bar none, the worst. Move on and pick a different one. This is Day 1 and it will be a horribly long week!
