Problems in room entire stay. Beds hard. Ants on beds walls and in our food. Tv phone issues. Hot water not working in tub 4 out of 7 days, mold on wall (child sneezed the entire visit). Power outage in room, restaurant food not good. We were disappointed with restaurants so we started ordering room service. Room service and Food truck was delicious. Gift shops and photo services were a plus. Sports court fun! Will not return or recommend. So many problems I should've received a refund. Workers were kind though

The resort is beautiful on the outside. The rooms need upgraded and they need to do something about the mold and smell. The staff was the only ones that was polite and acknowledged us. We go to restaurant and sit at the table until someone finally comes over. The food truck guy should be fired because he does not respect Americans and you have to speak his language for him to serve you. This was the worst experience I've had when traveling out the country. The lobby staff was very kind and helpful especially at the bar.
