The check-in / check out were awful !! The worst I’ve been experienced. Our booking was not on their system (booked a month ago) We had to proof that. For the check-out, we had to proved AGAIN any bills we paid because nothing was on their system. ADVICE : be careful and keep your receipts until you check-out. None gesture for the bad service or incompetence from the staff at the reception. The food at the restaurant made me sick This is clearly not an hotel 5 stars The room is exactly like the photos and this is the only good thing

Our 20-day stay was absolutely perfect! Every single member of the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Special thanks to Salvador, Isaac, Patty, Luis, and Ariel—you all became more like friends than staff during our time there. The experience was truly spectacular, and we can’t wait to come back, likely for another two or three weeks later this year. This place is a 100/100 recommendation for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy a slice of paradise. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable Salvador!

Nice hotel, very understaffed, restaurant did not have great service (Bar was kind of dirty compared to other places). I would only recommend this hotel to people are ok with driving a can am and nice rooms. I know the employees were trying their best while we were there but I have to say after NAAY took it over it is not as good as when Margaritaville had the property. They need extra help.

Amazing stay at hotel Naay with great hospitality shown from the staff, especially Issac, Reyna in reception who were super friendly and helpful with any needs and recommendations. The property is so beautiful from the pool to the beach cabanas everything was great. Luiz and Tomas at the restaurant were very hospitable, so friendly and great to have a chat and laugh with. We felt very taken care of and felt very safe. The stay at Naay is very memorable and thank you to all the staff that looked after us, we appreciate it alot. Gracias!! I highly recommend staying here and will return .

This place is just wonderful. The staff are kind and attentive. Isaac, was a great help and so friendly, and always coming up with good recommendations. Reyna was so sweet and very kind to us. We loved our server Luis and Tomas. They were fun and full of good humour. The hotel is well looked after and it’s was such a relaxing place to be.
