We’ve had a lovely time. The staff are outstanding especially Hector, Carlos and Zu!! Breakfast service was nice. Good coffee and peaceful energy Looking forward to great Margaritas by the pool.
Average experience, much better options in Holbox

stayed 7 nights during NYE, overall average experience. Staff was nice but very inefficient, had to ask everyday for someone to do my room after 4pm because the room had not been done, Every single day. Shower pressure was low, toilets would need 2-3 flushes to flush. My Sea view room that was more expensive was smaller than a normal room of my friend. Horrible smells at various areas in the hotel. I kept coming back to the lobby, explaining every issue, hoping they would find solutions, nothing. At the end of the trip, after spending 7 days, I asked if the room was booked after my stay, they said no. I then asked if I could push the checkout of 3 hours until 3pm (I supposed it would be okay, since they never do the rooms before 4pm anyways lol) . They asked to charge me an extra 50 dollars. After I mentioned to them all of the above issues. No commercial gesture. The food wasn't great, service was particularly long. There are much better hotels to stay at if you come to Holbox.
What a beautiful place!

What a fantastic place. This place has a beautiful beach bar, live music and the most amazing sunset views! The staff is very friendly, room view was perfect over seeing the ocean.
Delek Holbox was a blessing!

Warm spirit amongst the staff. The room was complete and comfortable. My favorite things were the beach club and Natural surroundings of Punta Cocos, which is more peaceful than the town center beaches; and also the evening fire experience is a great way to wind down the day. The hotel is now named Delek, which means “infinite blessings on your path”.
Boutique is beautiful!

The island of Holbox is undergoing heavy construction. The Delek Hotel (formerly Hotel Naay) is an oasis located on the island's tranquil side about 35 minutes walk over a rough road to town. Or, take a 200 peso ride in an ubiquitous UTV. This hotel's grounds are beautifully landscaped with coconut palms breaking up the various living spaces. Rooms are contemporary (Klipsch Bluetooth radios), clean, and have relaxing balconies, some with pool access. The beach has miles of fine white sand and some serious shelling. A ten minute beach walk brings you to the bioluminescent lagoon. The service staff is super friendly (Abraham, Arial, Raoul) which along with terrific food (a hearty American Breakfast is included) will find some feeling there is really no need to leave the grounds. The hotel bills itself as "boutique" to perhaps distinguish itself from a larger resort with amenities such as spas, exercise equipment, and beach sports. But our family loved it!
