What a lovely place to vacation! I thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pools and the beach. It's a beautiful place with beautiful staff. They all made us feel welcome and helped us out whenever we needed it. Many thanks to Mr. Rennan and the lovely staff at the Jaal Ha. All their restaurants were excellent. There was a lot of walking to do since the resort is designed that way, which was a great way to get some extra excercise. Special thanks to David who always picked us up. Victor, Romero and Romaldo who were the best waiters in the world. Thomas and Alexandre who were very understanding and patient concierges. Most of all thanks to Maria-Eliana who was the best beach waitress that kept us hydrated the whole time. ?? The House of Coffee did a great job too. If you're looking for good food, they have a wide selection of very well prepared foods. You can also book A LA Carte every supper if you'd like, but the buffet has more than enough selection. You can't beat their coffee or their deserts either. ?? I have no doubts that in a couple of years The Blue Bay Resort's hotels will all be updated and organized. I can't wait until that happens because I would love to visit my friends again. I would love to bring friends and family as well. I would recommend bringing your own thermos/tumbler/mug and lots of good sunscreen. Some bug spray would be good too, but there weren't too many insects around. Well….. where to start. Breakfast and lunch every day at the beach buffet style restaurant right on the beach. Fabulous views and plenty of entertainment with the encroaching wildlife looking for the odd snack as well! The food is just delicious, lots of choice, lots of combinations. Hot food, cold food, breads, cakes - there is no way someone could not find something lovely to eat. But. The main reason for coming here daily are the staff. Renan (who actually smelled amazing as well!), Victor and Guadalope waiting on the tables have been amazing during our 10 day stay. Their attention to you is outstanding, always happy and welcoming. Also, the lady cooking the omelettes every day is just fabulous - she is always happy and really does make a wonderful breakfast! The food is refreshed so it is not sitting there all of the service time and we have enjoyed every mealtime there. There were no massive queues that we encountered either which is great. Would highly recommend Blue Bay Esmeralda as a lovely setting, great attentiveness from all the staff and wonderfully delicious food. 5* all round. Keep up the great work…. We will be back.
