Great hotel, amazing staff

Fantastic holiday. Great hotel. Fairly small compared to other Sandals resorts but everything you need although we felt a couple of extra restaurants would be good. The staff here are amazing, super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Zenith from the spa for a great facial. Also our brilliant butlers Tylar, Cristal and Shaun. Nothing too much trouble, looked after us, very attentive but not 'in your face' ??. Thank you to Tennille at travel and loyalty who always looks after us ??. Overall great, felt a couple of area's could do with some updating. Gordon's for example, think so much more could be done with this as a venue. Only other negative, people reserving sunbeds at stupid o' clock...really! I would have been fuming if I didn't have a butler. Beds all taken very early due to the childish selfish behaviour of some guests. Reserving 4 beds for 2 people so they can move from sun to shade! ?? Also people putting towels on beds and not using them.

We vacationed at Halcyon last week and it was a great vacation. Berthelina was warm and welcoming every morning when we had breakfast at Bayside. She always remembered that I sweeten my coffee with honey so she would bring some over without me asking, I truly appreciated that gesture.
