We put our home on the market for sale and just wanted to get away. The Bahia Resort was the perfect spot for us because they would take our dog. Diante made our reservation for us, he was so helpful and accommodating. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend.

We had such a fabulous time here! From the moment we arrived, to the end of our stay, the staff couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. We were celebrating our 6th Wedding Anniversary and Kate, at the front desk, upgraded us to a beautiful, romantic, harbor-facing room. Big shout out to Kate!! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning drinking our coffee, watching the world go by. The hotel is well-situated. Close to everything you could want to see, while still offering a tranquil retreat from the hustle bustle. We will definitely be back!

This is the place to stay if you want to enjoy your vacation!! The front desk manager Ben Curry was so gracious and helpful! My husband and I were there for vacation after our vow renewal and Ben gave us great places to shop and see!!! Not to mention that he went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay a time to remember!!! Great job Ben, we can’t thank you enough!!!!

Overall was good. First impression was a bit poor, room is dated, had a slight odor from the air conditioning, carpet looks worn. But it was extremely comfortable - beds were good. Bathroom small but looked like it had been recently updated. Room was a good size for our family and odor from air conditioning improved after a few hours. Service was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Lots of things to do at the resort and nearby at Belmont Park. Overall I do recommend, it was a lot of fun. If the carpet / AC are ever updated I think this resort would be 5/5. Would go again.

Yandel helped us check in and he was amazingly friendly and helpful. My wife and I would return here just for his personality and customer service. Could not recommend this resort enough. The room was flawless and the guest experience was the main focus of the staff
