I'm a travel agent and I call A LOT of hotels...all day actually. The phone conversation I just had with Liz in reservations made my day! I wish all reservations agents were like Liz! She was so helpful and knowledgable, kind and patient. She helped with a bit of confusion with the website and the booking system. She totally saved the day and came out with a better price than I quoted my clients! So grateful I called and that Liz was the one who took my call!

Just returned from our stay at Bahia and I wish I was still there! I went with 2 friends we stayed feb 15-feb 20. We stayed in the loft sty le room. It was perfect for us. Nice sitting area and a small balcony where we enjoyed our complimentary Nespresso coffee each morning. The staff is wonderful. They were helpful and friendly every single day. I would definitely recommend using the private airport transportation that you can book through Bahia, it was so easy and efficient. There is a pool that we didn't take advantage of because with staying at Bahia you get access to the Sur Beach House about a 2 minute walk, which we used every day of our stay. The location is perfect it is walking distance to the marina area restaurants and shopping . The restaurants we took an Uber to were only 15 minutes away. Its a wonderful place to stay for a "girls trip" or a stay for couples.

Rooms were very expensive, while clean were quite outdated. Location is very iffy after dark. Does not feel safe to leave the grounds and walk a few blocks to the main beach area. Playground across the street is great except after dark, very fark area with many homeless

My sister and I came in to town to help with our mother who has dementia. I ask if I could please have quite room with a view. The nice gentleman Christopher was so helpful and spent a lot of time finding us the right room. The room had a few problems so the next day I spoke with Christopher again. And again, went beyond what most people would do and put us in a great room for the rest of our stay. His customer service was way over a 10! The gentleman that was working along side of him was also so great and friendly. We will be back! Thank you again.

Bahai Resort checks ?? ALL the boxes!! The location is wonderful. Beautiful views (morning and evening) of Mission Bay and the marina. The resort is kept in pristine condition. The dining choices are varied which is nice. Dockside os a MUST. The food is delicious. We had dinner and breakfast there and enjoyed both. The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable. We had the good fortune of having our room upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was unexpected and wonderful. The decor is modern and attractive. Easy access to Mission Beach and if you like a good walk...Pacific Beach as well. Lots small restaurant choices and shops nearby within walking distance. Belmont Park amusement park right down the street. Public transpo stop right out front to hop on and off to visit other San Diego beaches or downtown areas. We will definitely return to Bahai Resort on our next visit!
