Yandel was so helpful and informative when we checked in today. It made us feel so welcome. We are happy to be here. The resort has a private beach and a beach front restaurant. We look forward to enjoying all of the amenities here. They offer so many activities.
Bed bugs! Disgusting and Management does not care
Brittney082689 (San Diego, California) on Sep 27, 2024
Bed bugs! We booked a bay front room for tonight (Thursday) and Friday night, $2,000. We have 3 kids with us including an 18 month old who we put to sleep at 7pm. Around 9:30pm the rest of us start to get ready for bed and pull out the sofa bed and see a black beetle crawling and we kill it thinking nothing of it, then we open the covers and they're everywhere! I check the main king bed and they're everywhere!! I've never seen bed bugs in my life, I google it and that's what it is! I call the front desk immediately assuming they'd have a fast solution and they say they'll have someone come clean, I tell them, no we need to have a different room right away, mind you we have a baby asleep and 2 other young kids, he told us there's no one there and they'd send security. They sent a poor man on a bike who couldn't speak English and didn't have any idea what we were even concerned about. Myself and my 70 year old mother in law had to pack up an entire suite of 5 people, all our clothes and belongings that were spread everywhere, pack into cars, this took us close to two hours between a sleeping baby and a 6&7 year old that are crying and confused, the front desk manager gave no care, this is the wildest customer experience I've ever had. We're not at a motel 6, we're at a $1,000/night hotel on the beach in San Diego. I'm literally appalled. Do not stay here. Stay somewhere else. Disgusting on all aspects.
