Good, upper mid-range quality hotel

Nice room with the quality you would expect. Hotel provided a great buffet breakfast that was let down in my opinion a little by its provision of fruit juice from a chilled dispenser (from concerntrate, like those used in fast food outlets). I feel a hotel of this quality could have provided chilled freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice in jugs. Not sure evening meals were available but probably most people go elsewhere. Seemed to have a lively bar.

We walked a lot and saw a lot! We had fabulous breakfast every morning! We couldn’t believe the deal we got on a holiday weekend! We would definitely go back! I can’t wait to take my family and use the pool too!
Not a guest friendly hotel.

No outdoor dining. Told by management to go buy food M a nagement was not very customer friendly. AC in room was freezing and could not be set above 66 degrees. We had to sleep in sweat shirts and froze all night. The hotel is so large when you got off the elevator you had a very long walk to your room. I do not recommend this hotel due to the nasty attitude of management.

Hotel was clean, tidy and rooms were a great size. We had to pay an additional cost upon arrival which I was not happy with paying, however we did get the refund within a week. The breakfast was decent, however few gluten free options.

Very convenient location for vacation and easy access to all visiting points in SF. Delicious Buffet breakfast and service during our 5 days of stay. Transportation options also very easy accessible. Lot of good fast food and restaurant nearby. Location was very comfortable for everything.
