We stayed in RIU Fisherman's Wharf for 3 nights and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was fully accessible for me as I use a wheelchair. The lobby bar was excellent with sports on the TV's and great place to gather after a day's outing. The bar staff were great and they had fire pits outside you could sit around and chat with other guests. Plus the breakfast was plentiful and an excellent way to start the day. The RIU is an easy walk to Fisherman' Wharf and the ferries. A great place and location to spend a few days before heading back to Australia.

If you are looking for a great location and amazing service, this is the place. The area is very touristy, but hey...we are tourists. Mother's Day weekend the place was full but it didn't feel crowded. Close to public transit. Thanks to the RIU family for a great stay (my first in CA).

Rooms were basic but the staff were excellent and location was ideal for us. This was a family holiday starting in San Francisco

Very good location one block from pier 39, one of the top tourist attractions with tram line F and bus 28 stopping outside. Excellent complimentary breakfast, daily maid service super clean. Some road noise, but not intrusive, friendly atmosphere , good sized rooms. Great value for money, nothing to dislike.

Great location and breakfast. It was clean. My only gripes would be that there wasn’t a hot tub, no complimentary coffee or water and no Netflix or similar app provided.
