Had a great stay here. Very clean, great location and lovely breakfast. Staff very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel. Very clean. We especially liked the drive-up carport. It is located off the main road, which makes it safer for patrons to get dropped off and picked up. Courteous and professional staff. Ideally situated to all of the major SF attractions. Look forward to staying at another Hotel Riu property in the future.

We enjoyed our vacation here very much. We had seen some bad reviews about the hotel which were about service, noise from the outside and addicts outside the hotel. If you book here, you should know that the hotel is close to roads where there is car traffic, many people are in this area, and that the city (not the hotel) has a lot of addicts. This has nothing to with the hotel, and therefore has not affected our review. We had good service, the hotel breakfast was of high quality, the location is good and therefore we recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect for our needs. We walked everywhere and always felt safe. Service was excellent and would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel! The whole place is a bit outdated but it was clean and comfortsble. Just a block away from Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39 so the location was perfect!
