The hotel is great, good facilities, breakfast very good and wonderful staff. But the windows in the room keep zero noise out. Didn’t get one night of sleep where we were not woken up by outside noise. It sounded like the window was open even though it was shut tight. They all need replacing.

Ticked all the boxes for what we needed! Great location, nice rooms, and the bonus of breakfast included.

We are checking out tomorrow May 15 and have been here since May 13 for a two night stay. The room was not cleaned properly (we found decal matter on the toilet seat when it was first lifted). We brought it to management attention the first morning and were only offered daily facility fee of $41 for two nights . For the price and reputation of this hotel (and we are RIU Class members ) we expected more!!! We have stayed at RIU properties in the past but this will be our last!!

I did not expect such a nice hotel for such a reasonable price. Going in, I assumed I'd get a typical no-frills experience (think stale bagels and lukewarm orange juice for breakfast, if anything at all). What I got instead blew me away: a gorgeous lobby with a staffed bar, exceptional customer service, a 12pm checkout at no extra charge, and a full breakfast buffet complete with fresh fruit and table service. The value is genuinely unbelievable. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and my only regret is not booking a longer stay.

Location is super, near Pier 39, cable car stop, clean room, good breakfast. We were pleased with our stay. Television is standard cable, we did not watch it anyway. Air conditioning was quiet.
