Our stay was only for one night but we wished we were staying longer! The location was central to the waterfront area so we could walk and enjoy as much as we wanted. The room was exceptional. It was large, clean and very quiet. The breakfast buffet was extensive and well maintained so there was never a time when a product was empty.

We had 2 nights staying here. It’s in a great location and really close to the waterfront and the famous pier 39. Check in was easy (we even managed to check in a bit early) upon check in we were told what room we were in and the hotel details explained to us. We were provided with bottles of water which was a nice touch. Parking and breakfast was included in our package. Parking was easy and we were allowed to use it until 4pm on the day of departure. Breakfast got quite busy but we were seated quite quickly and there was plenty to choose from. The rooms were really spacious and the beds offered a comfortable nights sleep. Room had a safe and a fridge which are always welcome additions. This is a great place to stay if you want to get out and about and explore the local area.

Great location! Right in the heart of Fisherman’s Wharf. Breakfast is included which is nice. They do a great job of moving guests into the large breakfast area. Coffee is meh but most of the food is quite good. If you have a car, reserve your parking and pay separately for a spot in the RIU garage via the Spot Hero app. It will be cheaper. Room was very nice and I would stay here again.

Love the hotel and location which was a 10 min walk to Pier 39. Fantastic breakfast selection, the rooms were cleaned everyday, heated pool which was a nice size to swim and play in with my nephews. Pool towels too! Plenty of space to sit outside by the pool or in the front of the hotel where the firepits were. The staff were very helpful and smiley. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel property is in a great location in the area next to pier 39 at fishermen's wharf and is very clean standard hotel room. The breakfast is very well organized and is well prepared and well staffed. The staff at the hotel are all very professional and well informed about the area and what is available to see and do.
