Perfect spot to see Fisherman's Wharf and have easy access to the tram's. Hotel room lovely with good sized bathroom for a city centre hotel. Nice reception area with great bar and nice pool. Didn't have a great view from the hotel and no water in the rooms but other than that perfect!

An excellent hotel and far better than I was expecting. It was an oasis of calm amidst the bustle of Fisherman’s Wharf and I heartily recommend staying here. The views from the rooms are limited but the rooms are bright and airy and the hotel offers the rare and highly sought after treat when staying in the US - a superb breakfast! I had read in other reviews about problems with queues, etc., but you just have to be sensible. Turning up at 7am avoids the early adopter dash and the scrum at 8:30, for example. Overall, I’m glad I stayed here.

Great place to visit the city. Great location and great service. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was good and location perfect.

Great service, the room was very nice, we love the morning breakfast and convenient location to Fisherman's Wharf and the city. Just a few suggestions...it would be nice to have an adjustable vent to direct the airflow from the AC/ heat, as it is, it blows directly on whoever is on the bed next to it, we set up pillows to block the cold air flow. A microwave is usually available at other hotels to warm up snacks or leftovers, we miss having that. Since the convenience store in the lobby closes, there is nothing to eat at the hotel after 10pm especially if your flight gets in late. Having some sort of food there or at the bar till 1pm would be a good idea. And this wasn't to big an issue but the bathroom fan didn't seem to work very well. All in All a great visit...Thank You

The entire hotel was spotless! It was so relaxing to come back to after a long day of sight seeing. It’s within walking distance of Pier 39, many shops, and restaurants. There were also multiple cable car bus stop around the hotel. The breakfast was the most spectacular buffet style I had ever seen at any hotel I’ve stayed at!!!
