Probably the best and sweetest front desk person I've ever encountered! Her name was Mikeia!! Above and Beyond! In 2024 it's seems like people like her don't exist anymore, but they do! So f refreshing! Let's get back to more customer service like this!

The hotel and the staff are excellent. Hotel has a decent equipments, very luxurious and comfortable rooms, and very good staff, the pillows and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, great personality.

This was a nice option to be close to the beach. You are also close to all the restaurants. Rooms were very clean, the hotel was quiet, and right on the Marina. Easy walking distance to Walgreens, CVS, the pier and marina were many excursions launch from.

My boyfriend and I had a great time staying at the Courtyard Clearwater Marriott. The location was absolutely perfect, with everything you need nearby, so no car was necessary. Most importantly, the staff was amazing. From the moment we checked in to when we checked out, everyone was so friendly and helpful! We were especially thankful for Mikeia at the front desk. Despite our very early flight and arrival before check-in time, she held our bags while we had breakfast, and by the time we returned, our room was ready early. Overall, it was a great stay at a very clean hotel with well-maintained rooms.

My family booked this trip for a much needed getaway for my stepdad. However, due to an emergency, he and his wife couldn’t come. So I called to switch my rooms from a king to double queens to better accommodate myself and a friend. Princess was very accommodating and went out of her way to make that happen for us! She even suggested restaurants and gave us advanced warning about limited parking and fees etc. Princess is a great asset to your company! She made the trip very pleasant!
