Great stay! Amazing front desk staff

Had an amazing stay! Kimberly P. at the front desk was able to check us in super early so we had tons of time to explore the area. It was very clean and the rooftop bar had beautiful views with great drinks. The pool area was nice. We loved having a coffee place within the hotel as well

The staff was very nice and helpful especially the front desk crew. We had such a great time on the rooftop bar and pool. Close to many restaurants and bars. We also really enjoyed overlooking the bay. Blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in, make sure to set an alarm.
Great Hotel

The staff was very attentive and the hotel was close to the beach and restaurants. The area is very quiet and easy to relax and enjoy the weather. The fitness room is a little small but the rooftop bar has amazing views of the area. The pool was very clean and housekeeping did an incredible job. We would definitely come back
Visit kept getting better

After arriving late on a Thursday my first impressions were that the hotel was a little drab, but I’m increasingly finding this is just the style of a certain era of American hotels. I had room 401 which has its own cordoned off patio area facing onto the poolside which gets sun throughout the day. Very quiet. I would highly recommend trying to get this room. The staff were fantastic. Really welcoming and helpful; went the extra mile when I needed some dry cleaning doing urgently and had missed handing in my laundry by the 8am cut-off to reception. I’d recommend The Salty Crab for lunch or dinner. Another Broken Egg was pretty good for breakfast. Overall an enjoyable stay for a few nights.
Completely clueless at the front desk “I don’t know”

I cannot believe how inept the front desk staff is today. They have no idea how to advise me on very basic matters like— how do beach chair rentals work? Where can I get a beach towel? How do I get a pool towel (for their own pool!)?! Did they hire people off the street with zero experience or education? Sorry but this is not a cheap hotel and I am amazed. Hotel is modern and clean which is great. But who is managing this joint? Who hired these two?
