We attended a wedding as well as stayed at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay. The service and ambiance had a resort feel. Dinner at their Oystercatchers restaurant was a fun and tasty experience. The ballroom for the wedding was very pretty with atmosphere as well as nice views of the bay. We were also celebrating a birthday and it was the perfect place.

We had a wonderful stay and were impressed by the level of hospitality throughout the property. While we encountered a couple of issues with our initial room, the staff responded immediately and handled everything with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make things right. What stood out most was the consistency of the service. Every employee we encountered—from the front desk and valet team to the pool bar staff—was warm, welcoming, and eager to help. Even during a busy weekend with a large wedding taking place, the team never seemed overwhelmed and always made us feel valued as guests. The property itself was beautiful, well maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere for our stay. It’s clear that guest service is a priority here, and it showed in every interaction we had. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a property that combines excellent service with a great guest experience.

Great experience and lovely hotel. If you go you have to stay in a casita. Really feels like a home away from home. And the staff was warm and friendly. We will be back.

Great location and sunset from the 11th floor bay view was spectacular! Walking to the beach was a breeze and there is a second pool.
