Megan, Janae and Justin made our experience great. We can’t thank them enough. It was a good weekend thanks to them and their efforts.

We just returned from a three night stay and were so impressed with the facilities and customer service. Janae and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay great! It's a beautiful property and we hope to return once the boardwalk is completed. The only thing I would mention to be aware of is that the main pool was closed Saturday afternoon/evening for a wedding. There is another pool to use, but it was quite busy. So, if you are counting on the pools, I would ask ahead of time about the hours. It can also get pretty loud with the evening events.

We highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay - especially if you're looking to simply enjoy the resort and all it has to offer. We spent the day at the pool (that overlooked the bay) which was relaxing and wonderful. We then enjoyed sipping Sangrias at Happy Hour as we watched the sunset! We loved the view from the deck overlooking the bay so we stayed and had a delicious dinner outdoors! That evening we played cards in the lobby and had great drinks at the lobby bar. Our spacious room on the 12th floor had stunning views of Tampa Bay. The bed was super cozy - I just wish they had more options for pillows (not everyone likes the squishy ones) And I must mention that the water pressure in the shower was fantastic! It was so powerful, I didn't want to get out! I also loved the products that were available in our bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion). Book this hotel! You'll be happy you did!

Hotel is beautiful, service is great, take advantage of both pools and the breakfast buffet in the morning had so many options.

Beautiful hotel! We hung out at the pool during the day and had dinner at oystercatchers. Beautiful resort! Can’t wait to come back when the boardwalk is open.
