The overall hotel was great in a convenient location to the airport. It offered two pools one at the main hotel and the other at the cottages. Both pools were nicely maintained but small and the cottages pool was about 1/2 mile from the main hotel. The 14th floor conference area was beautiful with an excellent view of Tampa Bay and superb food. The room was nicely designed and impressive as hotel rooms go.

My wife and I spent a long weekend at the Hyatt. We were planning to use the Hyatt mostly as our home base while we toured the Tampa and beach areas. We actually ended up spending more time than planned at the hotel. The location is outstanding. Views from the rooms are incredible. Food and bars are outstanding. The resort grounds are also beautiful as is the resort setting next to the bay. We could not have been more pleased with our stay and highly recommend the resort.

We had a great stay. We were upgraded to the Casita Suite. We liked being on that side of the property near the bay pool. Pool bar service was great. The location of the hotel was also very central. Just 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from South Tampa, and 25 minutes to downtown St Pete.

The location and ease of access from airport. I highly recommend getting the casitas since it is so closw to the restaurant oystercatchers. If you have kids this is right next to a pool.

Clean hotel, rooms very comfortable. The view was incredible. If you are a runner or likes to workout the fitness center is good and there´s a trail where you can run outside and enjoy the view to the Bay. The only couple things are that I had issues with the temperature of the water in the shower. All the time we spent in meeting rooms in the 2nd and top floors the AC on both was too high everyone was freezing. Other than that we had a great stay.
