Beautiful property overlooking the Bay; wonderful workout facility. Bellmen, staff were very friendly and easy to talk to.

We stayed at one of the King Casitas and it was nice and private away from the main hotel. Room service and restaurants had excellent food and service. Very nice employees. An employee named Richard went way above and beyond to help us with transportation to and from the hotel several times. Please give him a raise and hire another employee to help his workload. He was wonderful.

I stayed for just one night for a little staycation with my son and his fiancé. As a globalist, we were upgraded to a casita - looked like it was recently updated! Breakfast was great, the cocktails pool side and the service was fantastic. Highly recommend, and you can’t beat the value when paying with points!

Classy place, classy people, going again and soon we hope! At the moment of arrival we were greeted by the front desk with 2 young ladies who were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The entire staff was above and beyond.
