Wonderful Trip to Tampa

I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay. The sunshine and beach were perfect, and the seaside restaurant Oystercatchers was the best I’ve ever tried. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.
A very happy couple with Marvine, from Kingston, Jamaica who was our banquet hostess.

My wife and I attended a conference at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay and had a most enjoyable experience. The staff were very professional and welcoming throughout our conference. And the food was wonderful as was our room with a beautiful view of Tampa Bay.

This is a beautiful facility and convenient to the airport. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The pool was very nice. I will be back to stay again.
Leaking and smelly room

We got put in a room with a leaking water on the ceiling, we had to move to another room and the room smell mildew, asked to spray and the smell came back in couple hours, the rooms at the property are not kept up and service also dropped compare to prior years. Even with those problem, Sherri, the room coordinator told her team we will not get any upgrade for the room- The only suite room we had is the room we used the upgrade award and that room also had the mildew smell. We will not come back

Disappointed by everything i saw in this place, the uncleanliness of the rooms, the bathrooms, the pool! Everything was literally a nightmare! If you enjoy swimming with tree leaves, insects and bandaids, this is the place u need to be at!
