Getaway

It was great clean relaxing . Definitely looking to visiting again and possibly having an event there !! Welcoming staff were great … my view was awesome . I am recommending this hotel to my friends and family

Filth and Nonchalant Manager

The room was filthy (chairs were recovered in pet hair, carpets had dirt and stains, phones were filthy, the toilet paper in one bathroom had been previously wet, and was wrinkled, bathroom ink was dirty, patio furniture was in disarray and covered in debris and dirt….I could go on, but I won’t) and when I spoke to the hotel manager he did not care at all. He tried to give me a $200 credit, but I was not asking for a credit, I was asking that the $900 per night room that I was paying for be cleaned. His response was that a VIP guest had stayed in the room and not complained. (Aren’t all of your guests considered VIP’s?) I had taken several pictures and when I asked him if I could come show them to him, he said he did not want to see them.
