Repeat customers

Taylor W on Jan 10, 2026

My family and I have now stayed at this hotel twice and have enjoyed our stay both times. Most recently, our check-in did not go as anticipated. Thankfully, Mark was there to walk us through step by step what we needed to do to ensure our stay was as we planned. He certainly saved the day with his calm demeanor and we were so thankful for his help. Overall, our family has enjoyed both of our stays at Sirata, and we look forward to seeing how they continue to improve in the future.

Mark is the Best!

COLT W on Jan 10, 2026

This is the second time that we have came to Sirata and been greeted by Mark. Mark always makes sure that everything is as it should be and that things are correct. Mark is very thorough and genuinely cares about the guest at Sirata! Most places you go into anymore, the person at the front desk can hardly be bothered or they are too busy on their cell phones. This is not the case with Mark. It was a joy to come back again and see him there!

Guests beware, no longer Sirata

Megan G on Jan 06, 2026

We came to Sirata beach resort 2 years ago, we absolutely loved it, and decided to come back again. We were very upset to find out upon arrival that it was no longer Sirata, but that the building we were in was now St. Pete Shores. The room itself was very dingy, the sliding balcony door didn’t lock, we were on the fourth floor with 3 small children. Maintenance opted to just put a metal pin in the door at child height to prevent it from opening instead of fixing the lock itself. None of the faucets worked properly and sprayed water in every direction. Our room was never actually cleaned, the master bed was made and the garbage taken out, was all that was done, not swept or mopped, or sheets changed the entire week, until the day before we left and then the sheet was just flipped upside down. We had to go out and buy a swifter to clean our own room. We mentioned that the AC didn’t seem to work and our room wouldn’t cool off, again nothing was done to fix the issue. Again, we had to go out and buy some fans for the rooms just to be comfortable in the hotel room. The toilet was dirty with noticeable old marks when we checked in, and the drains took a very long time to drain. Overall, we will not be staying here again. The main building is now owned by Hilton and I hope with it comes positive changes. But since the 2024 hurricane this place is just not the same. I try to not be a “Karen” or sound whiny and ungrateful. But if we are spending a few thousand dollars to go in vacation at a “resort” I expect it to be up to resort standards. Especially since they are still going to hit you with “resort fees” and other extra charges.
