Had a wonderful stay at RWI with my daughter. Friendly, helpful staff. Service, food and drinks at Pelican Bay were top notch. Pretty sure we made it to Happy Hour every night, except for our trip to the Fish Fry on Thursday. Grounds beautifully maintained. We lived on the beach with our books and floaties - nearby construction didn't bother us. We do hope to get back again. If you are looking for an easy, relaxing vacation come to RWI :)

1/5 — Honeymoon Ruined by Beach Construction! BEWARE BEFORE BOOKING! We chose Royal West Indies Resort for our honeymoon, expecting a peaceful Caribbean beach getaway. Instead, we got a CONSTRUCTION SITE with constant drilling, hammering, and unbearable noise! NOBODY WARNED US! Not during booking, not before arrival. Had we known, we would NEVER have booked this hotel! People spend thousands of dollars to come to Turks and Caicos for its beautiful, peaceful beaches, NOT to listen to construction equipment all day! I find it incredibly unethical to charge guests resort prices while failing to disclose something that completely ruins the very experience they're paying for. Our honeymoon is something we can never get back. Shame on this resort for not being transparent with its guests!

We really enjoyed our stay at Royal West Indies Resort! The resort was very clean and well maintained, and the location and beach access were fantastic. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and we also enjoyed the food at the restaurant. There were just a couple of things that could be improved. There is only one location to pick up beach/pool towels, and it is located near the beach rather than the pools, which was a little inconvenient. They also seemed to run out of clean towels fairly frequently. The restaurant was not serving breakfast during the week we stayed, which was disappointing. Fortunately, our room had a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, so we picked up breakfast items and snacks at the grocery store and were able to eat in the room. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Royal West Indies. The beautiful beach, cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and great location far outweighed the minor inconveniences. We would happily stay here again!

5/5 Stars – Exceptional Stay and Outstanding Service! ?We had an amazing time during our recent trip to Turks and Caicos staying at the Royal West Indies Resort! The property and location were beautiful, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the top-notch customer service. ?A special shoutout to Stricklyn at the front desk, who went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. When all the other staff were busy, he personally carried our baggage to help us out. His genuine hospitality and effort made a huge difference. ?We highly recommend Royal West Indies Resort and can't wait to return!

Our check in took maybe 40 seconds. The receptionist was so sweeet, quick efficent. Sherman was the absolute best. He treated us like royalty and his positive attitude was soo delightful. He gave us a tour and made us feel so welcome. The resort grounds are beautiful. Per Pristine Beach had a great restaurant and bar that are on site as well. At the bar, Bert was the best bartender we had. He made some crazy good drinks. The resort was quiet, Pristine clean and just such a nice place to be at. Can’t wait to go back.
