The room is small and missing the working desk as described in the room descriptions. The photos are very misleading for the type of room booked, especially the images of balcony and eating table for the suite. Over-priced room charge comparing to similar studio suite in the nearby hotels. The front desk is not friendly and lack the knowledge about how the charge-point works in the hotel parking lot for electric car. Worst of all, the room is not even in a safe condition! The wooden frame for the mirror behind the washroom door was chipped. A sharp broken wooden chips poked into my nail and causing bleeding when I tried to turn the washroom handle to open the door. The sound proof quality is not good at all. I had no good rest because the noisy from the hallway and dog barking. The TV wall mount was unstable. It feels so wobbly that we fear that the TV could drop anytime if we turn it towards the bed to watch, so we end up not using it at all.

We had an amazing stay! Room and all the staff were incredibly friendly. Valet service was very good! Audrey in the concierge was very helpful! If you need anything when you are there be sure to ask for her!! Keep up the good work!

We had a great experience! We stayed here for Spring Break with our 11 and 14 year old. We had a 1 bedroom suite which I would recommend for a week's stay and with teens. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful. Both people at check in so nice and I'm wishing I had gotten their names but we had been on a plane and in car for hours. I specifically wanted to note Calista, Alice and Heather in the restaurant for being so helpful and kind waiting on us at breakfast those mornings. Even though it was a buffet they went above and beyond bringing the kids hot chocolate or helping us with to go coffees etc. Just very nice experience. The buffet is wonderful. I also really appreciated the laundry which is on each floor and washed clothes everyday. It was amazing to come home with almost no laundry to do! This location is excellent. You walk right out and are next to the Whistler gondola and across from the Blackcomb one. Super easy. Oh and the sushi restaurant onsite is great! But you need to make a reservation.

Wonderful access to the village. The room had plenty of room to accommodate our party and when we all got together after a day and night of activities. Pool is beautiful! Gym is great! Would I stay again? Yes...Twice

The hotel is perfect for families with kids as the rooms have a small kitchen and dining area. Also, it is conveniently located by the Whistler kids ski school and the Whistler gondola. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants as the hotel is located in the heart of the village. Although its not a luxirious hotel, the service is very good and they have some amenities that are very helpful like the ski shop in the hotel where you can rent skis, boots, etc. and the valet service, in 2 diferent locations, where you can leave your skis every day.
