I loved this amazing hotel, I expect to return

I have enjoyed beautiful days here at this amazing hotel, I would like return soon with my friends. It is a lovely resort with a helpful staff.

Without question, the best thing about this resort is the staff. From the welcoming drink upon arrival to the moment we had to come home, the staff went out of their way to make you feel special, welcomed and loved. The food was plentiful and tasty, the drinks were delicious (they do not water down the rum??) and available all day long. Beautiful beach and pool area. Nightly entertainment, music and dancing.

We liked the hotel overall, but it is definitely worn out and in need of updates. The rooms appear tidy at first glance, but they are not truly clean. Unfortunately, during our stay I was bitten by bed bugs and received over 30 bites. I am still dealing with the effects and discomfort from this, and I am writing this review one week later at 3 a.m. because I cannot sleep due to the pain and itching from the bites. This completely overshadowed the positives of the stay. On a positive note, the food was good for the area, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we genuinely appreciated. While there were some good aspects, the condition of the rooms and the bed bug issue are serious concerns that future guests should be aware of.

It was my first time in this hotel .so beautiful and clean .the workers very nice and helpful.the service are good .the buffet excellent .the activities during the day and night were very exciting.hope to come again next time
