We absolutely loved our stay over Christmas last year. First time to Cuba and we enjoyed ourselves so much. The room was perfect - kept clean and regularly topped up with water and some beer. Food was good and we always had something to eat, really enjoyed the a la carte dinners. Buffet was somewhat samey but can’t really complain at that Staff were friendly and helpful Beaches were beautiful!

We were at the Premium and it was perfect. My daughters and I were impressed by the kindness of the staff. José, Arasay Coffi ,Carlos and the Majordomo took care of every things we needed. Awesome teams they are really taking care of you!!!! Tanks for all!! See you soon!!!

We were traveling my boyfriend and I with another couple, both in our mid twenties. The beach was beautiful, animation super grest, hotel was very clean food very good and super friendly staff. I am very grateful for my stay there and very glad that we got to meet Julio Bourgois. I travel many times a year and I can say without a doubt that he is the funniest and kindest entertainer that we’ve seen. His smile and good energy are so contageous we always had a good time speaking with him. Spoke to us each time with a very good french and he made us feel like home. Hoping to see him again one day !

The 24 hour snack bar does not serve a variety of food 24 hours unless u want ham sandwiches all night. If u don’t eat ham too bad. At 10 pm the bars close or there is 1 guy serving drinks at the snack bar and tonight he was no where to be seen. If you’re hungry after 10 too bad. It feels like it’s not a shortage but they say no food so you go away and they don’t have to do anything for you.

I had the pleasure of meeting Yuniel, also known as Junior, during our stay, and he truly made our experience unforgettable. Junior is an incredible entertainer who made us feel special from the moment we arrived. He constantly encouraged us to dance, have fun, and enjoy our time. His enthusiasm was contagious, and he went out of his way to recommend great places to eat and dance in the city. Junior has been a wonderful friend throughout our stay, and I can’t thank him enough. If I could give him six stars, I would. Five stars all the way! ?????
