I don’t typically write reviews. But the gentleman working the front desk at 10pm on Jan 10 went above and beyond to accommodate our family. Much appreciated!!!

The hotel and staff are good, management cheaps out and gives mop water as coffee, don't mess with a person's first coffee of the day, and theirs went down the toilet where it belonged.

Clean comfortable rooms. Only stayed one night, 2 adults & 3 children. Would have been a squeeze for any longer. Staff were fantastic. Valet service no issues. We left an item and they responded quickly to our email and helped us arrange an onward forward delivery. The only downside is north of the hotel is a little run down with drug users / homeless so would avoid that side, if you head towards the water you'll be fine.

Our stay didn't start off too well as our room was situated directly above the nightclub which was very loud. I guess that staff are used to this and to their credit were extremely understanding and helpful, allowing us to move room to a much quieter part of the hotel after the first night. The staff here really are an asset to the hotel as they are friendly and very professional. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast at The Ruby next door was really good, with a nice variety of food. It's location convenient, as it's only a short walk to the harbor and there are plenty of shops and good places to eat nearby.
