The hotel lobby area and guest rooms were both neat and tidy. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel is located right downtown so the street noise could be heard in our room. The bed linens were nice and the mattress was comfortable. Our only complaint was that we were given a late check-out at check-in but the info wasn’t passed on to the day staff. Otherwise we had a good stay.

Do not recommend at all! Very noisy. Party, drum, music n screaming at 1am still. Party started around 10pm, tolerated the noise thinking it was still early. However at 1am, more screaming, drums and music became louder. Despite taking medication that will makes me drowsy, i am still badly affected by this noise. Called the reception, but was told no available rooms even though we booked more than a month ago. N she would inform the manager the next day!

This was a short personal trip to Victoria so I was looking for a reasonable hotel that didn't break the bank. Best Western exceeded my expectations. I always stress when checking reviews (how true they are) on Trip Advisor beforehand but found this hotel to be a delight. I was able to check in early. They put me in a quiet room (as I had to do some work). There’s a good coffee machine in the room. Ruby’s - the attached restaurant to the hotel is fantastic. Great breakfast options (waffles and hashes were superb along with good coffee. They have a great gym with a peloton cycle (not clip-in but still worked a charm). They also offer Valet parking which reduces a lot of the stress of finding somewhere to park. It’s in a great location too (Tacofino around the corner and MEC for some additional shopping). All in all, I enjoyed staying here. I had no concerns and would stay again. 100% recommend.

Even amongst high schools occupying the hotel during our stay, the front desk was very efficient and quick to respond to texts, and even upgraded our room. Jessica and a young man with curly hair and painted nails were especially welcoming and helpful. Much more affordable than other hotels on the same block with multiple complimentary services.

Amazing ?? Nick at the front desk was amazing . He was very polite and professional. Thankyou for the weekend getaway .we stayed in 201 . It was quite which we needed after a driver and ferry ride from yvr . The only down part would be not getting daily cleaning
