A gem of a hotel in downtown Victoria

We enjoyed a complementary stay at the Best Western plus Carlton plaza hotel in Victoria BC in December 2024 as part of the Cridge Respitality program. The hotel was renovated in 2020 and looks fantastic. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the free (in the afternoons and evenings) hot beverage machine. There are many fantastic restaurants and entertainments located in walking distance. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

Terrific price, friendly staff! They were with me for each step of my visit and were happy to anticipate my needs from extra tea for the room to helping me find a place for sinus medication when I first arrived. Will 100% be staying again, excellent place!
