Fathom Lounge inside of the hotel is fabulous. They often have live Jazz and it's a nice intimate quiet setting. There's even room to do a little dancing. They have a happy hour and they have some delicious offerings. You can sit at the bar or they have very comfortable overstuffed chairs and couches.

Beautiful Hotel across from the ferry. Easy walking to government buildings the museums or for drinks at the Empress or China town. We used the hop on hop off to visit various venues next day. Like the castles and other areas of town. We enjoyed our stay and the security the hotel offers. Felt very safe and secure. The food at the restaurant was very good as was the service.

Very nice hotel right on the harbour. Very easy to walk to most things. We did a horse carriage tour from just around the corner. Nice room and nice staff. We ate there to and very good service and very good food. Parking was easy.

I had the best Salmon Benedict with avocado while my companion had an omelet. In fact it was so good we came back a second time and I had the Salmon Benedict again.

Wonderful in every way possible…the grounds, lobby, elevators, hallways, rooms - immaculate and 100% of the time. Staff always friendly and helpful…don’t think they know how to say the word “no.” We will definitely stay here again. Located across the street from the Victoria Clipper Ferry dock. Nice that they gladly will store your luggage if you arrive before checkin or if your ferry or other transportation doesn’t depart until well after checkout. Recommend reservations for the Fathom restaurant, even breakfast.
