The hotel is in a great location, the building and rooms are fine, but there is something missing with the staff. I had at least 3 occasions where I was promised something and it just didn't happen. Everyone smiles, but it is clearly false with fake sincerity. I wasn't going to post but what happened this morning was small, but terrible. I needed to do my laundry before leaving in a few days so I went the the laundry room at 5.30am (get it done before leaving for the Parks). I followed all the instructions and it rejected 4 of my credit cards and my daughters and wouldn't work. After 45 mins of trying, I asked at reception and was told that European credit cards don't work in the Laundry.... no sign, now warning, how crazy is that? The lady at reception told me not to worry, go back to my room and someone will call and take me to the laundry and put it on the hotel card. I didn't go to the gym, have breakfast etc and waited 2 hours for nobody to come. The point is that it took 4.5 hours to do a single wash and by the time it was done, my family was completely fed up with waiting and it started to rain heavily. we made Epcot at by 2.30pm. The point is that I have flown from Europe, spent a ridiculous amount to stay in the same hotel as my daughter and her family for four days. The complete disregard and lack of attention to detail has ruined one of those days. The hotel staff smile and tell me how sorry they are, but they are insincere and really just trying to get rid of you. There were some other things that went wrong so never again at a Disney resort for me.

My family and I had an excellent stay at the Boardwalk during our most recent Disney stay. I would say the rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. I felt good about the overall value and location as I love its proximity to the Epcot and boardwalk area restaurants. The hotel had plenty of amenities and things to do, expect some Disney crowds and a bit harder to find peace and quiet which is fairy normal for a Disney hotel. Our room was located directly above the bar area and unfortunately we ran into some late night noise due to this. I’ll give the hotel a lot of credit, they took care of the issue and we didn’t have it again for the rest of the stay. You can’t always control issues but you control how you handle. I love how much this hotel is near, so close to Epcot and Hollywood studios and many neat places on the boardwalk. I would recommend staying here if going to Disney especially if being close to those hotels are a priority for you!

Horrible we booked a water view back in November and didn’t get it we booked a room close to an elevator for my parents because it’s hard for them to get around and didn’t get it the whole layout of hotel is horrible save your money and go somewhere else

First time!! I had a wonderful stay for 4 nights! Pool view, first floor. There are a lot of things to enjoy about this hotel! Having the boardwalk right there was so nice! I just wish there was more there!!! Only one shop, although it’s large! The Cake Bake Shop is also amazing!
