*The Companion Voucher Share the Love offer (“The Promotion”) is valid for redemption by the companion voucher owner, for travel of two other guests on a new companion voucher reservation. The owner of the companion voucher must make the companion voucher booking on behalf of the two other guests during the limited-time promotion period of May 13-26, 2025, but isn’t required to travel. The Promotion is valid on active companion vouchers. If a member has multiple eligible companion vouchers, they may redeem one or more during the promotion period; each voucher must be redeemed separately, with a maximum of one voucher applied per booking.
A companion voucher is valid for one round-trip WestJet flight. Destination availability is dependent on voucher type. The World Elite companion voucher and the WestJet-wide companion voucher eligible for the Promotion are valid for travel anywhere WestJet flies in North America, Central America, the Caribbean, Asia or Europe. The Credit card round-trip companion voucher includes travel in Canada and to/from the continental U.S.
To use the companion voucher, the companion voucher owner must sign into their account and make the booking on behalf of the two other guests. The first guest on the booking must purchase one WestJet-marketed and operated flight with the fare specified by the voucher type and the second guest on the same itinerary will only pay the companion voucher fee (as applicable), plus taxes, fees and other ATC charges.
Valid for new bookings only. Not valid on existing reservations, reservations made through a travel agent or a third-party online booking tool. Voucher is valid for one-time use only. If one-way travel is booked, the voucher will be deemed fully used and the return portion of travel is forfeited.
Changes or cancellations to companion voucher bookings are allowed, except when a UltraBasic fare has been purchased, which is a 100% non-refundable fare with no change options allowed. Guests are required to pay all applicable fees based on the fare type purchased for each ticket, plus the difference in fare on the regular ticket, if applicable. Changes must be made prior to the expiry date of the voucher used for the booking.
If booking is eligible for cancellation based on fare option purchased, voucher will be reinstated to the original companion voucher owner’s account; original expiry date of voucher applies. If booking is made in the UltraBasic fare option, it is not eligible for cancellation (except within 24 hours of initial booking) and voucher will be forfeited.
