If you're not a WestJet Rewards member, can't sign in at the moment, or didn't sign in when you bought your flight ticket, don't worry! You can still get your electronic ticket receipts within 3 days after your last flight. Just use our handy retrieve your itinerary and receipt tool. It's a breeze!
Unfortunately, if it has been more than 3 days since completing your entire trip we are unable to provide you with a receipt online or through our contact centre. Please check the email that was used during checkout for your itinerary confirmation and receipt. The 'sent from' email address you can search for is: email@example.com.
Please note: receipts cannot currently be issued for bookings made through non-westjet.com sites, WestJet Vacations bookings, or ancillary options (e.g. seat upgrade, baggage etc).
