My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. To begin with, the room didn’t even have something as basic as soap to take a shower, which should be a standard amenity at any hotel. What bothered me the most was discovering that I had been charged $13.84 for two bottles of water that the hotel itself had placed in the room, without any indication or warning that they were not complimentary. I find it absolutely ridiculous to leave water bottles in a guest’s room without clearly stating that there is an additional charge, only for guests to discover unexpected fees on their bill. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at where I’ve been charged for water provided in the room without any prior notice. Transparency and basic amenities should be the bare minimum in the hospitality industry. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would definitely think twice before staying here again or recommending this hotel to anyone.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and we'll definitely stay again. It right on International Drive close to the bus routes and loads of shops, arcades and a multitude of other fun stuff as well as all the parks. The rooms are very comfortable and the new updates are spot on, there is so much to do in this hotel, especially if you have children with all the water parks, pools arcades and mini golf. They have a laundry, which it easy to use, a Starbucks and cafes on site as well as a shop. The staff are alway friendly, polite and helpful. One in particular Seilly Pacheco made our arrival very special so THANK YOU, the rooms are cleaned daily and if you need anything they it is never any trouble. You would think it would be noisy when your room faces the pool but its not and the pools close at 10pm. Such a great place to stay and would recommend to everyone.

Lovely hotel and waterpark just disappointed that the waterpark was not open every day although I understand that this was probably due to the time of year The king room was nice. The only issue was the lack of storage space for clothes. There should be two wardrobes in the room. We loved the fact that we got free i-ride passes every day and the free shuttles to the parks were great. We will back next year!

The hotel is in a great spot in the middle of International drive. It’s a very friendly, family orientated, place with loads to do on site. The pool areas are excellent for kids & adults. The rooms have recently been updated, and some are still getting worked on but the ever impacted our stay. Nice big TV was installed during our stay so the kids loved that. The only odd thing was that there is nowhere to sit, other than the beds, the AC or the toilet, so that should be looked at. Went to breakfast a couple of times, it’s cheaper than any food outlet given kids eat free & had a great choice of breakfast options.
