I returned here, for 10 days solo, after staying last year with my sister for 3 weeks. This time I had a “renovated” room. I couldn’t fault the room itself, however, housekeeping doesn’t seem to be as efficient as my previous visit last year. They came in daily to refresh towels, toilet paper etc. but they didn’t bother making the bed or changing the sheets during my stay. Not much of a big deal to me but could be to some. The resort itself is great, Starbucks on site is a big pro! Water park is good, as is the pool area. Friendly & helpful reception staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

First stay at this resort and we weren’t disappointed. Check in was straight forward the room was clean and spacious, all staff were very friendly. We stayed in building 6 which was so clean and fresh. Starbucks on site was a nice touch.

After a lovely 2 week vacation at coco key I am beyond grateful for the staff but especially Conor on the front desk, we had some trouble with our uk banking system and not being able to feed the children, Conor went above and beyond to help us out and alleviated so much stress, if you see Conor on the desk make sure to say hi and that you read this review. What a genuine and lovely soul that man is, thank you Conor

We Absolutely Love This Place! Staff Are Amazing & Very Helpful, Check In Was Simple, Breakfast Lush & So Worth It! Waterparks Amazing! Hotel Is Very Clean, Based With Everything A Family Needs! Only Thing I Can Fault Is That The Rooms Needs More Storage Space For Clothing! The Staff On Reception Are Absolutely Amazing, (Polite Note To People Visiting, Stop Being So Rude To The Staff & Learn Some Manners) Cons.. Shop Is Very Expensive, Cost Me £3 For 2 Paracetamols So Pack Them People, Rude Visitors This Is Not The Hotels Fault! People Just Sit There Drinking While There Kids Play In The Pool Its 2026 & Too Many Incidents Happen In Pools So Please Watch Your Children! Would Definitely Stay Again, Lovely Hotel, Staff & Has Everything You Need For a Great Family Holiday, Be Warned Though International Drive Isn't Cheap For Food Or Essentials, So Pack Well!

We have stayed at this hotel so far coming up over to over a week and in that , we have come back to our room at least 5 times to it not being cleaned. We had inquired with staff downstairs and we had been informed that the cleaning staff are supposed to be cleaning every day. We had noticed that our bed sheets hadn’t been changed in 6 days as well. The worst one was coming back at 7:30PM and finding that the room hadn’t been cleaned. It might sound minor but after being out in the heat and rain all day, it actually does take the p***. Two of the times we had directly approached the cleaning staff and were met with blank faces or them not understanding English even when we used google translate. They had a list, which had the room numbers and our room being missed and not ticked. When reported to staff downstairs, they would say it’s a different department and we don’t know when they will come to clean the room? Every other room on the floor had been cleaned apart from ours, which obviously I raised saying once or twice would be an mistake or error but now it’s a pattern and incompetence. We had left some pizza boxes outside, which they managed to take meaning they had delicately walked past our room and not cleaned. I would suggest staying anywhere else, the Ramada is close by.
