This is our 6th time at this resort and it continues to be an amazing experience. We like the close proximity to pretty much everything We come back year after year because of the staff. They cater to your every need and no request is too much. They love where they work and it shows.

Awesome!!! Great resort. Fabulous waiters. Gilberto, Angel, HECTOR IS THE BEST! Needs a little more entertainment by the pool but awesome resort!

Pool staff specifically at night were extremely un-helpful and very rude. Poor service in Pescados very disappointing. My family and I were trying to get food at night with an all included resort package and they were insistent that because we were in the pool area we could not enter there outdoor restaurant because we were “wet” mind you we were dry and willing to wait a couple minutes. The host simply said go to your room change and then come downstairs like we were children. It was 9pm and the restaurant closed at 10pm. For the amount of money we haven spent to stay I excepted a bit more flexibility for to-go options . I understand following rules and protocols but I feel like there should be a better approach for circumstances like this. Honestly put a huge damper on our trip.

We stayed at PBMZT it was so awesome. We always have the most incredible time here. The staff are amazing, they are caring, accommodating and so sweet. All of them.

Patty was a spectacular hostess. She took excellent care of us and was able to answer all of our questions. The beach and pool wait staff were also excellent. We'll definitely be looking forward to visiting again!! The room was very nice and clean. The AC worked perfectly. Thanks
