I’m not actually the type of people who came to this type of places but the servers help me to which plates are better and the wine and the drinks with the oil so the really help me on everything the best service (Irvin) 5 stars

I have a mixed review of this hotel. The hospitality was terrific from all staff. The room did not have a mini refrigerator or a microwave. The food was a 6 out of 10. I developed a bacterial infection due to most likely bacterial the salads at the hotel. (the doctor said) but buy the are charged for room service 3.95 each mealyour ordered We were there during the World Cup and the hotel showed only limited matches. This was a huge disappoint. There is also no entertainment at all. All in all we wouldn’t return.

Just want to shout out to Pedro and Gio at the Cilantros restaurant. Their service and wonderful personalities keep us coming back, time and again. Also, Fausto at the pool bar is a real gem ?? So many there to give credit to. Great people !
