LET THE BANDAS PLAY!

This was my 1st time at Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan and I was not disappointed. The food was delicious and fresh, the rooms and the facilities were very clean, the service was amazing. The friendliness starting with the bell boys like Raul, the front desk staff, the waiters, the bar staff (Noe was THE BEST) and even the cleaning staff, made you feel like they've known you forever. The only negative feedback I have is that they don't allow the Bandas on the beach. Mazatlan is known for that and it's a tradition that should not be broken. I understand that its not everyone's cup of tea, but I feel that if you don't like that, you shouldn't go to Mazatlan. There are plenty of other places in Mexico that don't have that. That is one of the biggest things that makes Mazatlan unique. Other than that,I would definitely recommend the hotel and would go back.
Beautiful property. Amazing staff.

The property is perfection. The view from every angle is gorgeous. You have a beautiful island right in front of you and the most wonderful fine sand easy to swim beach. The food was better than average. Never got to try the sushi, the schedule was confusing. Two pools were kept very clean with easy access to the beach. Wonderful Banda bands played on the beach at night to give a perfect atmosphere. Rooms were upgraded but our AC did not keep the room dry. We had to wash everything in our suitcase when we got home because it was all damp. Bathing suits could never dry. The staff was all wonderful. Very helpful. The bell boys, both Raul and Ceaser were very kind to us and chatted along with us while we waited for our rides. Raul help speak to our Uber driver since our translation app didn't work over the phone. Ceasar helped us find a new room when they gave us two fulls instead of one king. Turned out to be the best room in the place in my opinion! Ceasar was always there to great us with a smile too. Very sweet man! Loved the wait staff too. They were very fast and patient with our unique drink orders. Shout out to Noe and Ricardo! You guys are hard working and very friendly.
