Hakeem was friendly kind and excellent service delivery. Really appreciated him taking his time to explain everything that the hotel offered.

Carlos has great customer service. He welcome us and was able to answer all our questions. He assisted us as soon as we pulled up and brought our luggage to or rooms. The icing on the cake was getting ice for us. 10/10

Beautiful hotel! Check in was incredibly easy! The ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful! Carlos gave exceptional luggage service!
