Newly renovated rooms and restaurants. Decent food and entertainment. We were able to get into the alacarte restaurants each night by booking ahead 3 days on the app. The Tepanyaki and Italian were our favourite. The ice cream parlour was also a hit! Great service! Beach has seaweed, but the staff clean a lot of it up each day. Enjoyed the sunrise beach yoga and aqua fit. Overall a great experience!

Booked the Platinum level expecting a true premium experience. What you get is a standard all-inclusive with premium labels that mean nothing. The Platinum pool is far too small for the number of Platinum guests, so you end up in the same crowded areas as everyone else. “Preferred dining” isn’t exclusive at all — guests from all categories are seated there. The minibar contains only basic domestic drinks. Even simple items like coffee, sugar, and stir sticks required daily requests. And the so called “butler service” is just a drink runner at the beach/pool — nothing like a real butler program. If it's not a butler don't call it that. Did I ask too much? No, the resort delivered too little!! If you know what true first class service looks like, the Platinum level here will disappoint.

We came here in 2015 and had a wonderful time. It’s a resort that does not break the bank but you will feel very much like you’re on a four star resort courtyard is beautiful at night friendly staff and buffet is above average for family friendly resorts.

Great restaurant with excellent staff and excellent cuisine. We recommend visiting and enjoying the whole evening. We will be happy to stop by again next time.
