Amazing place, friendly staff. Would highly recommend! Clean resort, pretty good food, good for any time of year!!!!!

Moderate distance from the Cancun airport, about an hour bus ride. Different vibe with 5th avenue and then two pools as well as a kiddie pool. 5th avenue was a vibrant place to be in the evening with multiple bars available to all traffic. Likely one of the nicest rooms we've had at an all-inclusive resort, we upgraded to the "privileged club" which entitled us to better rooms and a la carte restaurant for any meal. We went in December and got the group rate through Air Canada vacations which was a decent deal, same resort/room in March is close to double the price of what we paid, I wouldn't pay that much for this resort. Extremely clean throughout, nice job on our room every day, pool/grounds/beach are all impeccable. We were in building one and 5th avenue (where most noise existed) was between buildings 2 and 3 so we were shielded from it, no issue to have a nap during the day or sleep at night. Service was great at all restaurants, shout out to the team at Bloved AM, namely manager Miguel, employees Wendy, Gustavo, Uriel, Ramses and Julia. Food was great and service a little more personal than the buffet. All more than willing to help me with my Spanish;)

Dario and team and Alexander and team were excellent. Made experience fun and enjoyable. Dario went above and beyond teaching us Spanish. Everyone was super nice and friendly!

As always (our second vacation at Costa Mujeres), we would like to thank all the staff (cannot remember everyone's names) but particularly our friendly and dedicated butlers, Stephanie, Ivan, - and letting us steal Joshua's time), Luz and Carlos our Concierge - always going above and beyond. Excellent team work and always reaching out to inquire if we need anything. Thank you also to Fernando. As well, our favorite location BLoved; Migel, Karla, Wendy, Gustavo, Uriel, Julio and Ramses who always have smiles on their faces even when it is very busy, they certainly make us feel very welcome. Also cannot forget Freddy and oh dear, the young lady that also served us at B'Loved at night and during our in room/patio BBQ. I believe her name is Yari? Steakville - you are all awesome as well, food is spectacular, great recommendations by your staff and great team work. Barcelona Origins - you have to try them! The Grande Caribe Buffet - great selection! Best fish tacos at the truck!! Mucho Gracias Antonio. Atmosphere; Absolutely fantastic staff including the entertainment; violinists, brass instruments, singers, dancers; Broadway, Radio shows etc. and many shows for the kids! Location; The beach is fantastic, thank you to those raking and cleaning up the areas. Spa; you are great, Jonathan is always friendly and I went to Victor twice for massage, thank you, thank you! Look the other Jonathan up in the Gym, very knowledgeable and friendly. Beach sports and dancing lessons, well done - they also great skills with the children. Linda, Arecely, muchos gracias, and the our beach server gals xo Front desk and bartenders great service, thank you so much. Also thank you to bus boys and the rooms; Housekeeping always keeps everything clean and fresh :) See you again soon :)

Amazing trip!!!! Our concierge Cinthia was amazing and super helpful. We upgraded to a Privileged room which was worth every penny.
