Aromes was very nice. Coffee shop lady was so nice. Rosa was amazing! We had a great time! We enjoyed ourselves. Beach was nice! Food was pretty good. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We already want to come back to visit again.
Good resort, decent food and great service!

Not sure why people are complaining so much, I feel their expectations are clearly too high for the price they are paying... The food is clearly not the best culinary experience you’ll get, and the cocktails are what to expect in an all you can drink resort… but globally it's decent. I was actually very surprised by the vegetarian restaurant, which ended up being the best food of the resort in my opinion. I was a bit concerned about the complains regarding the restaurants and the pool chairs, but if you reserve early in the morning, you can always get seats at a restaurant (we were easily able to try them all within a week). And if you really want chairs in front of the pool you can also get them, you just need to get up a bit early. The resort is quite new and overall, the service was amazing. Note that we were also lucky enough to have a room located very far from the evening party areas, so we never really got any loud noises annoying us at night. The only thing they really need to fix is the lack of umbrellas and shade spots on the beach... Also don't expect to see anything while snorkeling from the beach, there's nothing and the limitation buoys are quite close. The staff at the dive shop onsite was super helpful for scuba and snorkeling trips. Finally, if shopping often is your thing note that they are a bit far from the city shopping spots (45 mins to Cancun and 90 mins to Playa Del Carmen…) but they do have 4-5 different shops onsite with plenty of cool things to buy.
