Expect more fees then service

I'm only going to address the key issues. For starters, I can't stand when conducting business for someone to look me straight in the face and lie. The front desk is all smiles and no delivery. I asked for a wake up call, it didn't happen. They offered a slice of birthday cake and champagne, it didn't happen. The fire alarm had some sort of malfunction and was going off all night straight into the early morning. I asked for a refund for that night, it didn't happen. The front desk looked me in the face and told me the manager was "investigating" the situation. What's to investigate? 3 days later they never addressed that. Watch out for those service fees. Everything you order, buy has an added cost. Doesn't matter if you go pick up the food from the bar, or market you will be charged an extra fee. The bottled water is also tap water. It is not complimentary nor do they keep the water pitcher out all day. In that 100 plus degree weather it makes zero sense to put it away. Our room was reserved for 3 guest and was booked 3rd party so we didn't realize only 2 people eat complimentary breakfast. Why wouldn't a hotel feed ALL of its guests. Essentially, I got the feeling this property is owned by someone who is penny pinching and lacks hospitality experience.

Great customer service!

Zully was an excellent server. She exceeded all expectations! We went back to the restaurant multiple times due to her attention to our needs. She was the highlight of our dining experience. We were always greeted with a smile and cheerful attitude!

Amazing Aruba Experience

Zully is an amazing server! She is very friendly and always remembers us and our orders. Our family vacation is going great and when we get back she is here to greet us with a smile! We love Aubrey’s and we will definitely return in the future!!!

Great Time

Room was great. All the staff went above and beyond and always so friendly. Shout out to Vladimir at the beach he was kind and brought any water or towels we needed. 4 days went by to fast. Food wasn't to expensive but the drinks are a bit pricy but it did taste great. will definitely go there again soon. I built a bond with the employees they start to remember what you like and your name

Customer service issues

Issue 1 Initial room bookings were inadequate but after complaining it was all resolved. Issue 2 Allegra restuarant could not understand that even though 3 full breakfasts were paid for with room. Mariotts computer system said only two breakfasts. We went to Allegra twice and finally on our third visit the full breakfast issue was resolved. Issue 3 12.6.24 Zumba cancelled due to staff sickness 13.6.24 Zumba on the beach cancelled FiFTEEN minutes BEFORE CLASS STARTED. Wahkeem stated that he asked people on beach at 10.45 and no-one wanted to participate. Wakheem did not want to start the class at 11am which is the time advertised at the hotel front desk. This has wasted our precious holiday time as we could have made different plans. Marriott, either ensure classes go ahead or cancel entirely so peopke don't waste their time.
