My friends have been coming here for years, and after hearing them rave about this place time and time again, I finally decided to experience it for myself. Needless to say, they were not exaggerating one bit! This was my second year back and I felt incredibly blessed! What started as a trip to see what all the hype was about has turned into a place that truly holds a special place in our hearts. We keep coming back to the Hilton for one reason above all else: the incredible staff. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality are unmatched. They don’t just make you feel welcome; they make you feel like family. From Kevin and Jayden always being so helpful and welcoming in the lobby, to spending our evenings at the Sunset Bar with Yujeidi, every interaction was memorable. Yujeidi’s beautiful smile lit up our nights, and her sweet, bubbly personality made every evening that much more special. She is truly a sweetheart! We spend most of our days soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean from sunrise to sunset, and over the years, we have been fortunate enough to get to know Christian and Santiago. These two are truly the heart of our Hilton experience. Their kindness, positive energy, and genuine care go above and beyond anything we could ask for. They have a way of making every day feel special, and they are a huge part of why we look forward to returning year after year. Seeing them again feels less like returning to a resort and more like reuniting with old friends. What makes this place so special isn’t just the beautiful ocean, the sunsets, or the resort itself. It’s the people who turn a vacation into unforgettable memories and make a place feel like a second home. 2026 was truly one for the books, and we are already counting down the days until 2027! We really enjoyed our week at the Hilton. We were warmly welcomed by Rai at the front desk and appreciated his acknowledging our 20th anniversary. The resort has a low key vibe which is nice & lovely pools. (The saxophonist who played at happy hour was AMAZING!) The ocean is warm & inviting and it never felt too crowded. The Sunset Grille is delicious & worth the high price tag. For a moderate meal, try the Shore Club which we enjoyed for quesadillas & the like. Service everywhere is great - the Arubans are lovely & warm. All in all, a nice relaxing week in a beautiful country!

We were disappointed by the lack of information about the resort’s beach chairs. We expected chairs belonging to the resort to be included in the price of our stay, but the first three rows cost extra, and only the last row was available to reserve without an additional charge. The reservation process was also frustrating. We had to reserve the day before, then arrive early to place towels on the chairs; otherwise, the reservation would not be honored. None of this was clearly explained to us. The resort should communicate its beach seating policies and additional charges clearly before guests book and again at check-in.

This hotel is a great location with an abundance of nightlife just of the property. Rooms are clean and cleaned daily and promptly. How ever this property like others charges a legal theft fee called "resort fees" just for stepping on the property after you already booked these theft fees they undermine the 3rd party booking sites so they done have to pay the percentage to them and they keep this money grab fees Negotiate before checking in

We have stayed at the Hilton Aruba two times so far, and the biggest reason are two people who work in the Palm Beach Club. Vicara (Vicky) & Janice!! They truly made us feel like family and like they had known us for years. I still keep in touch with both of them. I can't wait to go back and trust me we will be staying again at the Palm Beach Club at the Hilton as long as they are still there.
