Do NOT come here if you want a romantic trip! No adult pool. Both pools are like a water park with screaming kids, a few with loud whistles , footballs thrown at your head, kids jumping and splashing near your head while you are reading a book. Landscaping is a mess and the hallways smell a bit moldy. Rooms were fine and staff was relatively friendly.

We have been numerous times to the Hilton and always enjoy our stay. While we were there they were finishing up construction, however it didn’t affect us in the least. We stay in the tower and try to get the palm beach club, if you can get access to that I highly recommend! The rooms are recently updated and the suites are spacious. One thing we noted were the very weak drinks this last time on the beach. We stopped ordering due to this and instead walked up to the bar on the path. Other than that we very much enjoyed our visit. Overall, the servers and staff are very friendly and housekeeping is top notch. It’s a perfect location if you have kids and you want to walk to the many restaurants and stores. Love this place!

Her professionalism and warmth set a standard that is truly rare. We also want to thank Elvita, whose kindness and attentive service added an extra layer of comfort and joy to our experience. Her genuine smile and dedication made every interaction memorable. And finally, Travis, the bell boy who welcomed us with such friendliness and care, set the tone from the very first moment. His helpfulness and positive energy made us feel immediately at home. After traveling around the world and experiencing hospitality in many places, we can confidently say that the team at the Westerly Hilton Aruba — especially Mayte, Elvita, and Travis — delivered one of the best experiences we have ever had. You all helped make our anniversary truly special, and we will always remember the warmth and excellence you brought to our stay.

The hotel staff tricks their guests into over tipping by hiding the service fee on all the bills. Common for the waitstaff to fold the bill just showing the total so you tip more than the 18% already applied to all bills.

Very nice resort Clean Property well taken care of Service is great and people are wonderful It’s not a loud place and you have multiple pools to select from Beach is beautiful!!! Serene water, clear, no shells, no seaweed. Would for sure return! Good onsite food too ( breakfast offers many options) Casino is not worth it We put $20 in a 5 cent machine pressed minimum bet 3 times only! And $20 gone. We tried a 1 cent machine and inserted $1 snd ONLY PLACED 1 BET AND MONEY GONE! I’ve been to many casinos but there’s some funny business here! Will not go back
