We stayed for 1 week. Fernando provided us with amazing service and made sure we were taken care of on Daily basis! His passion for the job and to ensure customers enjoyed their stay is unparalleled!

I have travel to Mexico before and I was very disappointed with this hotel and wouldn’t recommend for the value. No entertainment in the evening and food at the buffet is very limited and repetitive, the two restaurants are okay but wouldn’t say amazing. The rooms are clean and would say it looked like the pictures so can’t complain and the staff were very friendly. Also they advertised 5 restaurants online but in reality only have 3 one being the buffet and the other one being Mediterranean and one being a an Asian inspired restaurant. They had a snack bar. This is definitely not 5 restaurant. Hotel uses false advertising massively to attract people and I am very disappointed with the price we paid for what services were provided. Additionally on the first and second night we had no hot water in our room and then it changed yellow and took about 3- 4 hours for this to be resolved and lead to changing our room which was to a sea view but the exact same king room but charging a ridiculous amount more for it, so definitely wouldn’t recommend.

We’ve just returned from honeymoon at Oleo and we had a brilliant stay! Firstly all staff are so attentive and friendly, they work hard but do it all in a cheery manner. The hotel and facilities are very clean, the pool is lovely and the swim up bar is such a bonus! Being right on the beach was perfect too. For the room we had a great sea view and the bed was really comfy! Unfortunately our shower produced no hot water but we were happy with the room so weren’t too fussed about that. The Asian restaurant was superb! The only slight downside I felt was that the buffet restaurant food was a little samey , although lovely options a bit more variety would have been great. Breakfast wasn’t really to our taste but the omelette station was nice. I loved the coffee bar they had, really good cappuccinos! All in all we had a really great stay here and would definitely go back!

We had two nights at Oleo before we ventured away from Cancun, and it was beyond what we expected. I have a lot of food allergies (including needing to eat gluten-free for being Celiac), and everyone was so kind and helpful at every meal. At check-in, they gave me a dedicated allergy card to fill out and show at every on-site restaurant. Literally one of the best things ever I’ve experienced when traveling! Wish all places did this to help with communication. The staff were so friendly and welcoming that our basic requests never felt inconvenient. It helped we were Inspira guests as they gave us red wristbands for specialized service. Friday night was also Mexican night at their main buffet restaurant Azul, and they brought in a really good mariachi band to play/sing! It was wonderful especially for my husband who’s never been to Mexico before! Some cosmetic work needs to be done around the property as some areas looked a bit tired from the weather/humidity/salt, but it didn’t personally take away from our experience. Very comfortable stay and would recommend Oleo for a nice upper midscale place with reasonable all-inclusive prices.

Fantastic hotel. We arrived at midnight due to flight delay. The staff could not have been nicer. We were asked if we were hungry and told how to get food. The room was spacious, immaculate and cleaned daily. The fridge was always well stocked and a clean supply of towels etc were constant. The hotel food was plentiful with a buffet along with a coffee shop and 2 restaurants to cater for everyone. The bar and staff were superb with a range of drinks, cocktails etc. The mango tango is amazing. The beach area is stunning and the beach service is excellent. You certainly won't be thirsty down there. All in all a very good hotel, amazing staff, highly recommend it and good value for money. We will be back.
