Stay here for the ocean view! Look out from your lanai across Waikiki Beach to the skyline of Waikiki. The rooms are nice for a well travelled beach hotel across the street from the ocean. There are plenty of amenities including lotions, shampoos, wi-fi, mini fridge, free beach towels, sunscreen, and free beach equipment. I read that some criticize the rooms as a bit dated but my room was clean with a comfortable bed and large screen tv. And I did not see any of the "critters" that often appear in the tropics. There was good water pressure even on the 20th floor and the towels were soft. The staff was friendly and helpful and I was greeted with a cheerful "aloha" several times a day. The housemaids were especially nice and refreshed my room every other day. I liked the elevator system that most often took me directly to my floor without intermediate stops. It did get a bit crowded at check-in and out time, but I was usually on the beach then. The location and views are amazing! I will look to the Twin Fin first for my future visits to Oahu.

My husband came join me, we had an issue with TV. Maintenance was very quick to respond. When he left, I was crying, the front desk employees. Said I could hang out with them. They were beyond amazing. Somehow, my thermostat got locked, again Maintenance was very quick to fix it. Housekeeping was also very amazing, when I had issues, because I had decaf coffee. They gave me regular coffee. Overall, everybody was so kind, caring and amazing. The rooms were clean and it was just a great experience !! The view from my room was absolutely stunning !!!
