The bed and pillows are so comfortable and welcomed after a long day of exploring. Our attendant—Josefina—has left our room immaculate everyday! She even gave us a real lei to wear to our conference luau. She’s been very accommodating for our stay!!

I have been faithful to this hotel stay when im vacationing in Honolulu. I like to thank to Paul - Mgr of the operation check in/out, Paul is a great man, offers his kindness and helpful to solve any issues during the process of check IN. Christine is the front desk lady, a big smile, informative, kind and pleasant. She always works hard at any issue of check in/out in order to complete the transaction for her customers. Thanks, Christine, for your professionalism. The Cleaning team ladies for my room: Tina, you are the best. I know you work very hard, but your big, cute smile on your face like telling me you enjoy your hard job every day. You are so good in cleaning/organizing my room. You are on point, on time, knowing when I left my room for the day. When im back from outside, my room was fresh, clean with new sheets, towels, etc.. Thanks for taking away our dirty beach towels every day. Tina has great helpers/floaters: Val, Joy and few more whom i forgot the names. You all were wonderful. You did my room when Tina is off. You treated my room like you owned my room. Im grateful when floater ladies treat my room like their own. Big thanks to Val and Joy and all. Nolan, the bell desk: you always remembered my room number, what time and date you reserved the taxi for me. You are on top of your job. Hilton G/I hotel needed you there in their back door. You made all the in and out going ran smoothly. Please share my appreciation to all your above staff. We thank your free great taste coffee + decaf coffee in the morning. Of course, the lemon cold water in the afternoon is such a great refreshing free drink after a beach day. I love my balcony facing Kuhio. Awesome service. Staff are very attentive and welcoming, especially Josie. Rooms are always clean. Location is handy to the International Marketplace and the beach. Great value for your money. Breakfast not included but there are lots of cafes and restaurants near the hotel.

Great location! Walking distance from mostly everything! Nice, friendly staff. Booked a standard 2 queen room for a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 small kids. The beds felt like they were full size. The Rooms are clean just a bit too small for a family of 4. Loves that it had a microwave and small fridge. Was too much extra to pay for a view so we had a view of the building wall next to us.

The location of the HGI-Waikiki was ideal for not being on the beach with close proximity to most of Waikiki. Staff was attentive and pleasant-housekeeping, reception, valets and barkeep at the pool. Our room was not great being small with a king bed
