This hotel is awesome for work or play! It is in walking distance of a ton of things. It has services for all. Valet and room cleaning are top notch! Cheriel left a card in my room saying to have a great trip here and it has been wonderful!

Josie gave us a wonderful tour of the place. And very hospitable ,informative and friendly. Love the place we are staying.

After reading previous reviews I was a little nervous about staying at this hotel. We had previously stayed here when it was the Ohana Waikiki West. On check in we were advised there was a $55 USD fee to check in before 3pm, so we opted to check in at 3pm. We booked a partial ocean view room and on check in were allocated a room on level 16. I was pleasantly suprised with the hotel room. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The shower had the best shower head I had ever experienced. There is a kettle and microwave in the room which was convenient. The pool area is nice and gets alot of sun throughout the day, although the pool towels are very thin and worn. The location is great, close to many restaurants/cafes (hideout laylow, kona coffee purveyors, paia fish market, Marugame Udon, across the road from the International Marketplace) and not far from the beach. The Luxury Escape package we booked included a $50 target voucher, daily resort fee included, a daily drink at the pool bar (mai tai, wine or beer) and daily breakfast. The daily breakfast credit was capped at $15 per person and the options were very average. The first day at breakfast we were told by the server that gratuities weren't included, we ended up skipping breakfast for the remainder of our stay, it wasn't worth it. I have previously stayed many times at the Outrigger Beachcomber and my experience at the Hilton was just as good. Recommend!

Do NOT stay here. Location is great, and the front desk staff is wonderful, but we checked out within an hour of checking in. We had the room with two doubles and pullout sofa bed. Smallest hotel room I’ve ever been in. When you pull out the sofa bed, you can’t get in and out of the room because the bed blocks the entry and the exit to the room on top of that when we went to pull out the sofa bed, we found a poop stain on the bottom of the mattress. Needless to say we checked out right after that. The room is also very tired looking and need of renovation. Hilton is not what it used to be. My last couple of days were all disappointing across different Hilton lines.

Phoenix was an amazing instructor! I loved the atmosphere and really enjoyed getting my body moving first thing in the morning — the 8 AM class time is perfect. This was my first time doing a class like this while on vacation, and I’m already looking forward to coming back for more.
