So we were looking for a hotel close to the beach at a reasonable price in Waikiki. The rates are generally quite high to stay close to the beach. Having been a Hilton Honour member for decades we found this gem. Truly a bargain price with everything we wanted. I highly recommend this hotel for the following reasons: Close to the beach Target store across the street, very handy Nice mall across the street Lots of restaurants around the hotel Central location for Waikiki activities Has 4 elevators, all are operational so no long wait times Friendly front desk staff 3rd floor pool with full bar, free suntan lotion available at the pool, very nice feature Super clean room, I would say this is a big selling feature Fridge, microwave, coffee maker very handy Water pressure, incredible shower All soaps shampoo and body cream in bulk containers, nice Connivence store with reasonable prices Restaurant on site seems busy The only negative is wifi won’t play YouTube but maybe this is actually a positive! We’re in Hawaii so maybe we don’t need YouTube. So I would highly recommend this hotel. The Hilton chain has always delivered for us, this asset is probably the best overall experience we have had in many years. So I highly recommend this hotel, we will be back.

This Hotel is in a wonderful location, We had a great room with partial.sea view. The house keeping was excellent. Our daily onsite breakfasts were a real disappointment though. Very very average food. If not included in your package we would strongly suggest you go elsewhere. The shop attached in the lobby is convenient but the air conditioning freezing. Its a balmy 23 degrees in Waikiki beach yet this freezing AC is in many shops buses and buildings. Pack a light jumper or jacket.

Great location convenient to shopping and several restaurants. Our room was very nice and our housekeeper, Maria was most efficient, diligent and personable. We definitely recommend this hotel.

When checking into my room, I noticed the television channels didn’t work. I called the front desk and they sent the technicians Andrew and Brian. They were very thorough and methodical. Resolved my issue promptly and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks again Andrew and Brian.
